Evans Corner-A Libby Original

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house that is just on the edge of town in Libby Montana. It is a quiet secluded neighborhood and backed on the J. Niels Park. It is a short drive to some great attractions such as the swinging bridge, Kootenai Falls and the Libby Dam. Lincoln
County is on the North boarder of Montana and boarders Canada and the West side boarders Idaho. Libby of less than 2,800 people is a town where you can come to relax and get away from a fast paced lifestyle.
The space
This is a cute (about 1,000 square feet) 2 bedroom 1 bath house that is a typical Libby house. We call it Evans Corner, even though it is not located on a corner. It is backed on to a nature park that has a frisbee golf course and baseball fields/fairgrounds. Enjoy a slower paced lifestyle in Libby Montana. There are deer that frequent the neighborhood/front yard.
Guest access
The entire house is accessible to guests, some cabinets are locked for the use of the cleaner. The garage is available for things like skis, snowboards, or bicycles (please don’t bring them inside the actual house). There are two sheds in the backyard which are locked and not accessible.

30 minutes from the Kootani National Forest.
