We have stayed at Edgewater the past few years. This unit was our first time stay and it was perfect. Clean, renovated and all at a good price. Host was very responsive when I had a question. Will definitely book again.

It was just as described and more!

We were there for a baseballtournament that happens every year and I loved this place so much, that I have already saved the information to book it for next year! It was so comfortable, clean, convenient, the views were amazing, and I loved that it had laundry. I brought my parents and they walked to the beach everyday and had the best time! Absolutely no complaints!

Perfect views

Had a great time while we were there for the little league World Series. We got there early and was able to check in with no problems. The condo was clean with comfortable beds for a good nights sleep after long days. We had a perfect view of the beach. Could use a little updating but otherwise great stay!

Such a wonderful stay! Our bathroom light wasn't working properly but Luke had someone come out and fix it the very next day! Being right on the beach was so easy and convenient with having two kids! Definitely recommend booking with PCB Host!

Great condo

Very nice condo love the location Very easy to access the pool and beach with no issues what so ever condo was very spacious and clean love the master bathroom shower. It was awesome if I had anything negative to say it would be they need to get a new washer and dryer. Other than that would definitely stay again

Nice place

Overall this was a nice place. The beds weren’t super comfortable, the room wasn’t clean by check in time, and we got a citation for the parking passes that were provided. There is only contact by text which isn’t the best when you have an issue. But for the most part we had a pleasant stay

Master bed extremely hard, tvs in bedrooms very old, tv in master wouldnt work properly. All cabinets in unit were from when the complex was built in 70s. Toaster only cooked one side of toast at a time, some deck furniture was newer, but they left the rusty old set on the balcony should be thrown away.

The beds and pull out couch were very uncomfortable. The showers could use some work, and they made very loud noises when turned on. The location was wonderful, and the unit was clean for the most part. We enjoyed our stay except for when it was time to go to bed.

Tried to contact somebody when we first got there because we had a back up in our sink. I emailed and sent a text to the messages where we received contact and never received anything back. Also, my wife left a swimsuit in the unit and we went over and talked to the new people that were there and it wasn't there so I was just curious if the cleaning crew found a Tommy Bahama two piece swimsuit that was black.

Leeward 501

Our stay was very enjoyable. On arrival, the sliding door was open. Was told to open it all the way and then close it. Opening all the way was impossible due to boxes of ceramic tile in the way that was too heavy to move. One bathroom sink would not drain and the tub wouldn’t hold water. Repairman was promised and never showed. Lights in one bedroom wouldn’t work. On departure the sliding door came completely off the track. Really nice place but too much money to have issues that were not corrected!
