Fenced garden of 1000 m2, swimming pool of 4x10m, terrace area with gas griddle, table tennis, children's area with swing, huts and games. Shaded dining area under the old plane trees, sunny pool area, parking space at the back of the villa.
80m all shops, 5 minutes walk from the port of Sanary. ideal situation! No need for a vehicle!
