Located in the heart of Vienna’s 15th district, we offer fully equipped apartments for short-term stays. Each apartment is accessible from the stairwell via its own entrance door. The amenities include a private kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and separate toilet. It’s ideal for couples, business travellers, families (with children), and solo travellers.

Our holiday apartments are in a great location with a cosy atmosphere. Nearby attractions include Vienna’s Westbahnhof, and you’ll be staying less than 2 km from Schönbrunn Palace. Everything you need—such as supermarkets, a pharmacy, and public transport—is right nearby.

Check-in and check-out are handled using a personal 6-digit code. This code grants access to the building and your apartment. The code can be entered directly at the door.

This apartment is located on the ground floor facing the street and offers 71 m² of space for four people. Both the living area and the bathroom have tile floors. The 3 m² entryway features a coat rack with a mirror and storage space. The 23 m² living room with an integrated kitchen offers a cosy seating area with a table, a corner bench, and two chairs, as well as a TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, capsule coffee maker, range hood, microwave, sink, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. The 12 m² bathroom features a bathtub with shower and sink, a hair dryer, and bath and hand towels at your disposal. The separate toilet is approximately 1 m² in size. The apartment has two bedrooms; the master bedroom is about 18 m² and features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a nightstand, a wardrobe, and storage space. The second bedroom, measuring 12 m², also features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a closet, and storage space.

Please note: Vienna is located in a short-term parking zone!
During designated hours, parking fees must be paid by displaying a parking ticket. Outside of the time-restricted short-term parking zone—such as on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays—you can park for free right on the street in front of the building.
