Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025

Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.

Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

The third bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, small private balcony and a private bath with double vanity and a walk-in shower and closet. The kids' bedroom has two twin bunk beds, a flat screen TV, private bath with a shower and tub combo, double vanity and two walk in closets. The fifth bedroom is across the hall from the bunk bedroom and has a king bed, flat screen TV, private bath with double vanity and a large walk-in shower.

Not only do you experience the utmost elegance and comfort here, but you are also in one of the most sought-after locations on all of Hilton Head Island. SeaCrest is located across the street from Coligny Plaza on North Forest Beach. Coligny Plaza is the original 'downtown' of Hilton Head and features 25 specialty shops, 24 restaurants, a grocery store, liquor store and tons of fun. You won't have to get into your car your entire vacation if you chose not to.

Here you are just steps from the pools and the soft white sands of the beach. Sit and gaze at the stars at night, watching them cast diamond-like twinkles on the water. Lie back and soak up the sun, build sandcastles, enjoy beach volleyball, or ride your bike along the shore. Don't miss out on some great food and drinks at Pool Bar Jim's! Jim is a local legend, having been here since the 70's. He has traveled the world collecting his favorite drink recipes and has brought them all back here to serve us the best poolside cocktails/mock-tails/kids frozen drinks. You'll find the food is great, too. Outdoor pool is heated in March and April. The fitness center and outdoor hot tub are now open!
