Charming and cozy single family home fully renovated in a superb location! This house is walking distance to the Chicago metra rail system and Wheaton College, as well as a 6 minute drive to both downtown Wheaton and downtown Glen Ellyn! Relax and unwind in this darling home that we fell in love with!

The health and safety of our guests is important to us. Due to COVID-19 we are taking extra care to professionally disinfect frequently and completely between every reservation UP TO CDC STANDARDS

All of the home is completely updated! Newly renovated kitchen with granite and stainless steel. Classy dining space. Extremely cozy living room with a smart TV. Hardwood floors throughout. Stunning stained glass windows. New washer and dryer. We put so much work into renovating this little gem!

Note: the stairs in this older home are narrow, please stay cautious with those who are elderly

Many restaurants, shops, parks, museums, forest preserves, and much more to see in the area! About 30 minutes away from each airport. Access to Chicago is remarkably convenient with the accessible train station 2 blocks away and the frequent Metra train scheduling each and every day. Ask us for recommendations. Come get away and enjoy!


NO shoes in the house please! You may leave your shoes inside the home in the front entry way. We want to keep the floors and carpets clean for all to enjoy!
Please do not hang any objects or place any tape or nails the walls
Only toilet paper in the toilet. If you clog the pipes and there is a plumber needed, you will be billed for the repair. This is an older home with lots of charm and character, please respect it.
Please leave the house the way you found it. No moving furniture from room to room. Any cleaning beyond normal use (extra dirt or soiling of furniture, beds, bedding, floors, etc.) will be subject to an extra service cleaning fee above the rate listed.
Quiet hours: Starts 11 pm Sunday - Thursday, 12 am Friday & Saturday. Please be respectful of our lovely neighbors! There is no trespassing on the neighbor's property.
The smell or evidence of smoke or any illegal substances in the house will incur a minimum $300 fee.

Really beautiful and safe neighborhood just 3 mins from the train station. Access to the city was really easy!Beds were very comfortable, the only thing I'd flag is the steep stairs may be difficult for elderly or people with mobility challenges. Other than that it's great spot for all.

My sister and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend to attend a My Chemical Romance concert, and we had an amazing time! This property was absolutely perfect for the two of us. It was super tidy and well kept, and we loved the neighborhood! We went on morning walks three out of our four day stay, and we loved the atmosphere of the neighborhood and surrounding areas. We walked on a trail close to the train tracks through the wooded area and it was so green and beautiful. We saw multiple wild bunnies in our yard during our stay as well as chipmunks and squirrels! Overall it was the perfect property for us as first timers to both Illinois and the Chicago area. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Sanctuary

ABSOLUTELY perfect property for our family. We have teenage boys and the bedding accommodations were well suited so everyone had space. This is just a charming, well kept home. We appreciated all the little touches from cookware , coffee, and the linens smelled fantastic. Would book again , best location for our needs too!

Cute, clean cottage

This was a great place to stay for a short visit to Wheaton. It is very convenient to Wheaton College and downtown. Beds are comfortable and house is clean and well maintained. We appreciated the extra touches, like snacks and water bottles in the kitchen and fresh flowers on the table. Be aware that the staircases are narrow.

Very clean - great place!

A few friends and I were in town for a show at the WC Social Club. The home is in a great area - we discovered the awesome little town of Glen Ellyn just a couples minutes up the road. The host gave us some great recommendations for local dining. Home was very clean and check-in was super easy. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Great house

We had a long weekend stay while in town to visit family and loved the house as well as the location. We were close to everything. We hopped on the train a few days to go into the city, were close to all the places and people we wanted to see. My kids had never seen fireflies and loved having a yard to run around and catch them in. The host was very responsive and the renovations they have done were beautiful! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice for a quick visit to Wheaton College!

This is an older home that has been renovated into a cute rental. The place was clean when we arrived. The rooms were just as described in the listing. The only bathroom is upstairs. The only concern I had was that the stairs were those older home steep stairs and there were no handrails. We had our older parents with us and them going up and down made me quite nervous. It is near the train tracks, as are many places in Wheaton, so you did hear the trains coming through frequently.

Comfortable accommodations

We had a great stay! The property was clean and convenient to College of DuPage where we were watching our son in the NJCAA National Championship volleyball tournament. Also, house is close to many food and recreation establishments. Would definitely recommend if you're in the Wheaton area.

We Loved Our Stay!

Beautiful and cozy home! Location is centralized, safe and fantastic. This was our first visit to Wheaton, Illinois and we’re looking forward to visiting again. We were in town for a Christian conference. My husband and I stayed for three nights and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Extremely clean, comfortable, beautifully updated and lovingly decorated. Great neighborhood! We had everything that we needed. The property manager was welcoming and reached out in a timely manner with instructions for the easy to use front door lock before we arrived. We appreciated the little sign in the kitchen with house instructions that included the Wi-Fi code, etc. We felt so at home and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!
