Featuring 3 bedrooms, newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, large outdoor deck and sprawling lawn, this home provides plenty of space for indoor/outdoor living. Direct access to the water with private beach and dock. Additional features include dishwasher, washer/dryer, grill, fire pit, free wi-fi, fully furnished kitchen and two living spaces as well as driveway to accommodate 6 vehicles. Located easy ten minute drive to Uconn's Storrs campus. Home is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each stay. No bachelor/bachelorette parties.

Great spot by the lake as described!

Great stay. Place had what we needed and was as described. Nice lawn by the lake, shallow entry into the water, comfortable, no frills bedrooms and kitchen.

Beautiful spot on the lake

This is a beautiful spot on a lovely lake! The outdoor space is wonderful with a nice lawn down to the water. The water and the dock were great for swimming and for launching our kayaks. There's also a very nice deck looking out to the water where we spent a lot of time and ate our meals. The bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen had everything we needed. Communicating with the host was very easy. Thank you for letting us stay at this gorgeous property!

Great Lake location

Great little house for a lake stay. Sharon was very accommodating to our group. Plenty of beds for our group of 6. The kitchen was well-appointed - no need to pick up any spices! There’s a convenience store and grocery 5 minutes from the house. Access to the lake is great and the grill was super convenient for cookouts. It’s an older place but well maintained. Plenty of parking. Only draw back is only one bedroom has ac but the ac in the living room kept the whole house at a comfortable temp. There was a bit of a heatwave so I’m sure during cooler days/nights it’s perfectly fine. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing retreat

Our family with two teenage boys had a fantastic time! Waterfront location was perfect! Nice flat yard for entertaining. Easy entry into the lake for swimming, kayaking, fishing and boating. We enjoyed the deck for morning coffee while watching the rowers glide across the water. The dock was great to tie up a boat and jet ski. We used the large washer and dryer. Hot and humid week and AC cooled the house. House was perfect size for our family. We enjoyed grilling. Enjoyed beautiful evenings gathered around the fire pit and star gazing. Attentive and friendly owners and knowledgeable on the area on where to eat. It was a memory making vacation. We would book again. Grateful the house was available for our dates.

Great Experience

Beautiful place to spend time, inside and outside. Great lake views. A/C cooled entire house on hottest of days. Fully equipped. Quiet neighborhood. All went well. Just as advertised.

Waterfront peace and beauty

This property was absolutely amazing!! Kicked the vacation off with a bottle of “beach house” wine left by the home owners for us to enjoy. Which was so welcoming. Beautifully appointed with all new bedding, linens, towels and kitchen items. Everything you could possibly need is there for you to use. Very comfortable for six people in the three bedrooms. Spent all of our time enjoying the water on the lake kayaking and fishing. The view was superb. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. The homeowners were wonderful to work with and very friendly responsive. I would highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a relaxing by lake vacation. Far exceeded all our expectations!

Great way to escape

The house is as advertised and has been updated with a lot of new furniture in the bedrooms - all new mattresses and linens. Everything we needed was provided and for our party of 6 adults we were very comfortable. Also the back yard and deck are perfect!! The owner was very quick to respond to messages and we had no issues. The only thing we wish we had was a boat to be able to go out on the lake - the property has a nice dock and great beach. Totally recommend this place and given a chance we will return!
