Great location! More than enough room for 2 Adults and 4 children.

My son is a vice president of a large medical sales company, so he is not too easily impressed. But while here visiting, he stayed at Frank’s patio villa and had all very good things to say about it. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, it was close to grocery stores & Sumter Landing, and he liked the size of the TV and comfortable living room furniture.

Sumter Landing Golf Get-a-way

The villa was located in a quiet Villages subdivision 15 minutes from Sumter Landing by golf cart. It was well stocked we didn’t need to get anything other than groceries and personal items. Definitely recommend for future travellers.
