Clean, spacious home with heated pool near Weeki Wachi Springs!

We have created a simple but open and bright space to relax while you explore everything the area has to offer . Or if you simply want to escape and play in the pool while also having a work from home space, we have that too. We love our Florida getaway and hope you do too!
The space
We've updated the home to give it a boho, old world Florida feel with modern amenities like a nest and a work from home area. We can also heat the pool for an additional charge!

Guest access
The whole house except the master closet as this is the owner's closet . I have supplied a wardrobe hanger and the other two closets have ample space.

We were in town to visit family when we stayed here. The house was very nice, well appointed, and clean. The heated pool (for a fee) was great and stayed warm even in cool December evenings.

Great Stay!!!

This house was great and met all of our needs. The pool was warm and the grandkids loved swimming around. The location was perfect to entertain both the little ones and the adults. We were not disappointed at all and give it our highest recommendation.

Wish we were still there!

Lovely property with all the comforts of home. Nice big, sheltered lanai overlooking the pool and surrounding yard. Lots of seating - both inside and outside. Quiet neighbourhood, set back from busy roads but still really close to shopping & restaurants.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect, clean, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. We spent most of our time at the pool with our family. Cooking meals was a breeze with everything provided in the kitchen. The A/C was on point keeping the house cool on the hot days. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The Best House

We had a great time at this house. It is exceptionally well equipped, very clean and exactly as described. Great pool. Nothing was lacking. Lauren and family have created a wonderful home away from home. She is easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to my questions. Would definitely return.

The house has everything you could need and then some. Location close to shopping, site seeing. Manatees! Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Lauren was always responsive to any question we had. Highly recommend!

Really nice play to stay

The home was as advertised on the VRBO site. Very comfortable, with all amenities. Convenient location. Since we're golfers, this location gave us access to about 5-6 reasonably priced not terribly crowded courses. Worth considering if we were going to come back to this area.

Very nice property!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. We didn't really know much about the area so if you plan on going anywhere make sure to rent a car. We spent a lot of Lyft/Uber. Lauren was very quick to take care of an issue we had with the pool and we so greatly appreciated that. Anytime we had a question she made sure to respond right away. Nice quiet area.

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful month in this house. It was definitely 5 star . Very clean, nice safe neighbourhood, every kitchen appliance you would have in your own home and the owner was just a text away if you have any questions. We would definitely stay again at this house. Thank you Lauren for your hospitality and you were great to deal with from the very first contact.

Do not hesitate to book this house.

Everything was great. Pool was nicely maintained. Location quite convenient. TV coverage was lacking. We could even get local channels. Old movie freaks probably love it but we could not get sports coverage or little news.

Family kayak adventure

We loved this house. We came with grandparents and kids ages 8 and 11. The house was the perfect headquarter for our kayaking adventure on the Chaz river. We loved the outdoor space by the pool. The house had plenty of space for everyone to have their privacy. But we also enjoyed hours gathered around the table playing cards at night. Very easy check in/out process. Lauren was very responsive. Having washer drier was key after outdoor adventures. We highly recommend this property and would love to come back

Visiting family

I booked this home for my mom and niece to be able to spend some time with my sister who is going through a serious medical illness . Lauren was more than accommodating with any special requests that my mom had. She never hesitated to help my mom as much as she could. Lauren made a difficult visit so comfortable. I can’t say enough of how much we all appreciate your hospitality in your beautiful home. I will be booking this again

Ok, but will not rent again.

This house had a bad odor in the living room, the dishes had been out away dirty, ad the thermostat was locked when no one was in the house to go up to 80 degrees. So it was 80 degrees in Florida after we returned from being the sun all day. Lauren was very quick to communicate and VERY polite =). But we will not spend money on that house again.

We are a family of 5 and originally from the other sunny state, California. We made our way across the country and landed in North Carolina to help with the family business: Christmas tree farming. Well, as it turns out, we’re better suited for more modern professions but we couldn’t leave the beautiful blue ridge mountains that we ended up calling home. Having come from California though, the winters were long and cold . Back on the west coast, we would travel to Hawaii as frequently as we could and left a piece of our heart there. That’s why, when we fell in love with Florida and finally purchased our home, we decided to call it “ Hoaloha (friend in Hawaiian) house” .

Why they chose this property

We chose this area for its extremely central location and Gulf Coast vibe. We love the openness, large lots and country feel while having the coast a short drive away. We have put a lot of heart, time and money into this home and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. What makes this property unique

Work from home space including a printer. Heated pool. Outdoor eating space and BBQ. The home itself is within about one hour from Crystal River, Clearwater and Tampa among an assortment of natural springs including : Rainbow, Silver, Homosassa, Weeki Wachi and more as well as within two hours from Orland, St. Pete and Siesta Key (south) and cedar key (north).
