Welcome to Tucson! Our studio apartment is 480 square feet with it's own front and back door for privacy. It is on the east side of town close to Sabino Canyon and the popular bike path "The Loop" https://southernarizonaguide.com/bicycle-path-the-loop/
It has a private fenced yard and a covered patio. A view of the mountains can be seen from the patio and through the windows. There is a kitchenette with coffee/tea, and creamer. A microwave, hot plate, 5-cup coffee maker, toaster, water kettle and fridge and freezer with ice are provided. A Brita filter provides clean drinking water. A table and chairs accompany the kitchenette. There is an electric fireplace in front of the sofa which holds a TV with ROKU (please bring your log-in information to stream). There is also an antenna for local channels. One of the apartments best features is the bathroom with a large walk-in shower made of travertine stone. The apartment is exceptionally cleaned for you and the new concrete floors make it feel very open and fresh. There is a large closet for storage. The studio is attached to the main house which has a pool, and the pool is available to you upon request (it is not heated). This studio has it's own entrance and parking spot in front. Please ask the host for any needs that may arise as we want you to enjoy your time.
If you have an additional guest staying with you, they can use the single sofa bed. The beds will be set up for you with sheets.

Clean, bright and comfortable space with private outdoor seating in a quiet neighborhood. Host was attentive and not intrusive. 5 minute bike ride to the Tucson Loop bike trail network and close to restaurants, Tucson Desert Art Museum and shopping. Would stay here again!

I loved staying in this adorable casita! Elizabeth made me feel very welcome and she responded to my communication quickly and was very friendly. Casita is very clean and is decorated wonderfully. Very nice shower and the bed had quality linens and was very comfortable. Nice electric fireplace that heated the room quickly and provided nice ambiance. Cute little back yard to sit in the sun or shade. I definitely recommend this for a comfortable and quiet stay. Amazing value too!

Great place to stay

Its a very nice efficiency apartment in a great location. Its a very nice, quiet neighborhood and very close to so many places. A nice private patio to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather and a view of the mountains. The kitchen is very tiny but sufficient.

Enjoyed our stay! Located in a quiet neighborhood, near the road to Sabino Canyon and not far from a grocery store, etc. No oven, but the microwave and hotplate were great for the cooking as we did on site. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet historic area close to town and bike trail

We wrapped up a 6 week camping trip with a two night stay to this property to wind down abit before heading home. Had our bikes and had convenient access to the excellent Tucson Huckleberry trail system. Very pleasant stay, property fit our needs perfectly. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great get away!

Great stay. very nice, clean and well stocked. We appreciated the accommodations for my guide dog and our senior golden doodle. The hosts were pleasant, and the grounds were well maintained. We will definitely be back.
