GORGEOUS LAKE VIEWS! Come to Smith Lake and relax! Enjoy this perfect home, complete with a wraparound deck to enjoy the sunset. Or sit by the fire pit at dusk. A double decker dock with deep water off the dock for fun in the water! Kayaks for the renter's use. All the amenities you need inside the house, including a Smart TV, WiFi, board games, fully equipped kitchen, and gas grill.

Enjoy the beautiful nature of Smith Lake or it is also a short drive into Cullman, for dining, shopping and local festivals!

2 full baths, one on the main level and one on the lower level.

Huge dock with 24' x 10' boat slip.Swim docks are 30' x 14' and 10' x6'. Top level is 32' x 14' with a"jump" point! There are no steps to the dock. There is no power on the dock. Yearround water. 2 kayaks with paddles.

Please Note: The owner has Security Cameras installed at the front door and the dock.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE

Property needs some work

Overall ok. Just a place to sleep … the smell upon opening the door was overwhelming (moth balls and chemical air deodorizers)…. The house is cute for what it is, and they’ve done a good job of putting a face lift on it. The outdoor fire pit was very nice. That said, it all just left something to be desired.,, would not stay here again.
