Relax and enjoy Marco Island at this Beachfront Condo,

The condo is situated on the beach at one of the best Island of the U.S. Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 2 bedroom/2 bath condominium.   The master bedroom has a king sized bed, and the remaining room is also furnished with a King sized bed, comfortable for sleeping 4 people.  Living and dining areas are very spacious with a table to seat 6 people. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with many pots and pans, utensils, washer and dryer inside the unit . Guests can enjoy an afternoon of tennis or pickle ball _ and later watch the sunset from the balcony off the living room.
The Island offer excellent choices for dining out and entertainment.

Very nice spacious condo! We had a very relaxing stay! Enjoyed being so close to the beach. Great beach view with beautiful sunsets from the balcony! Perfect location on Marco Island

The condo had everything we needed for an enjoyable week on Marco Island. The view is unbeatable, and the beach is close and beautiful to walk on. The kitchen was well outfitted so that it was easy to make some meals while we were there. We loved the location and the amenities of the condo.

Gulf front Marco Island vacation

The Somerset is a beautiful place to stay. Condo just needs a little tlc. Compared to other rentals I feel this was more fairly priced. Everything you need for the beach is there, including cart, coolers, and beach towels. Good communication with owner. Hopefully get to come back sometime.

A True Paradise

With our stay just a couple of days post Hurricane Milton, We weren't sure that our vacation was going to take place. Communication with Beatrice was key. The stay all happened and was wonderful! The Condo was beautifully decorated and a Big plus was that both Bedrooms had King Size beds and since it was my Sister and I staying there, that was important to us. Everything was very clean, even the pool was all clean even being just a few days after Milton passed by. The Condo had full electricity though several places in the area were without, We were truly Blessed.Entry & Check-out were smooth and well communicated, and I have to mention the Sunsets from the balcony were BEAUTIFUL!!! The Outside of the entire building was getting a new coat of paint during our stay, but that posed no problem at all. So many wonderful places to eat close by. Loved The Red Roster & Hoots for Breakfast. Thank You So Much, Beatrice & Tony.

Great communication. Beautiful condominium in terrific building. We have stayed in the Somerset many times and this unit is one of the best. Was very clean. Check in was easy. Unit was well equipped with beach amenities. Kitchen was great. TVs and ceiling fans in all rooms. Beds were very comfortable. The balcony is a little larger than some of the other units we’ve rented and the time on the balcony and the view is the best part of a great vacation experience. You won’t be disappointed.

Love this area and this place!

Never disappoints. This was a very well appointed property. I’ve stayed at The Somerset now 6 times. Always a good time. Only gripe was the tree trimmers left a mess around the grounds closed one pool on Friday and left tree trimmings in the pool. We will be back

AWESOME, OUTSTANDING, EXCELLENT! Accessing the property and the unit were easy thanks to the explicit directions provided. Multiple carts near the elevator made moving in very easy. Communication with the host was exceptional! Questions were answered promptly. The unit was very very clean and well equipped. It included all of the beach toys, chairs, umbrella, and tent necessary for enjoyable beach visits, as well as a wagon to carry those toys on the short walk to the beach. The beach in front of the condo was never crowded. Each of the the two pools provided plenty of space and shade after spending too much time at the beach. Included in the unit are two binders with suggestions for fun and food around the island. The unit has a great layout! The lanai faces directly west providing exceptional sunsets. Shortly after sunset, from the lanai we even spotted dolphins slowly swimming by. Our agenda for Marco was Relax, Eat, Drink, and Read, and we accomplished it all. Beautiful

We had a wonderful two weeks in this unit with beautiful views of the ocean! Fun to watch the Dolphins and the turtles, and one day an osprey brought a fish to the unit next to us and we enjoyed watching it eat its breakfast! It is perfectly placed close to the ocean and to the beautiful pool. The unit had everything we needed and will definitely be coming back.

This was our first stay at the Sommerset #503 and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The unit was very comfortable, nicely updated and thoughtfully prepared for visitors. Perfect location and beautiful beachfront. Wonderful 2 weeks!

Beautiful and clean modern condo on the fifth floor with great amenities. Incredible view from the lanai. Check in and communication were excellent. Well stocked with every beach toy anyone could want. We had a minor plumbing issue and Beatrice responded immediately. Would recommend staying there again.

We Visited Marco Island first time 35 years ago fall in love with this piece of paradise and purchased a condo, since then we like to spend summer time here and rent it during winter time.

It is not a tall building at all, so you never feel it crowded, located very convenient walking distance to hotels, little mall, restaurants , movies, mini golf.
