Excellent place to stay, the hosts were great the house was great. Real close to the beach so no need for a golf cart. The place was as clean the beds were comfy. The view is nice, you can hear the waves sitting on the back decks.

We arrived early and it was great having access to the beach, pool and tennis courts while awaiting check in. Short drive to Fort Morgan historic site, Kiva Dunes Golf Resort and The Peninsula Golf Club. Also within 30 minute drive to more populated areas/shopping etc.

We have been coming to Morgantown for our annual visit now for 12 years. We have stayed at several wondeful houses but this one is our favorite. This was our third time staying here. The home was clean and appealing. The master suite and balcony is fantastic. There was a huge cabinet of books to enjoy with so many of my favorite authors. I read 3 while lounging on the porches, drinking coffee and enjoying the breezes and view. The management company does an excellent job. We will certainly be choosing them again for future stays.

Great Trip
