Relaxing at the coast in Sarasota, Florida

The house was exactly as it was described and photographed on the VRBO website, which is to say it was excellent. Very well equipped and just the right size for a couple, located in a well appointed, quiet residential area.

Fantastic place

This rental was a peaceful/ cozy stay. It was very clean and had all our vacation needs. This stay is located in a quite area and close to local beaches. Kathleen (owner) was very pleasant and had impeccable communication. We look forward to returning.

Hidden Gem

Really happy I booked this location. Quiet residence for a relaxing vacation! It is close to beaches, restaurants and anything you would need. Has everything you need to stay in. A perfect home away from home! When I come back, I will definitely try to stay here again.

Quality, clean, quiet

A perfect unit run by host Kathleen who dealt with my initial booking and any questions very quickly. The location was peaceful and quiet. The unit was very clean, well decorated and had a lot of extras that were appreciated. I would have no hesitation in booking this unit in the future

Very Restful

Stay was like a 1 Bedroom apartment. Quiet neighborhood, side entrance. Very clean, very comfortable bed & great pillows. Kathleen has done a lot in a small space and was very gracious with almost immediate response. One of my better experiences with VRBO

Cute and cozy

This was a lovely property, and Kathleen was a wonderful host. The bed and pillows were super comfy .. Her property shows exactly like her photos with special attention to details. The yard was well lit and had a wonderful and romantic ambiance. Super clean. Would definitely stay again! Randie and Stephen.

Serene Retreat

Kathleen's place was super cozy and serene! She welcomed us with a thoughtful birthday celebration gift. She did a great job of setting the ambience after a long drive and arriving later in the night. The private entrance was a huge convenience since we were in and out our entire visit. The decor was warm and inviting. Her bed was amazing! The mattress, pillows and linens were absolutely divine. We loved having a kitchen available with a full size fridge. We were not far at all from beaches or downtown. We would definitely plan to stay again in the future. Thanks to Kathleen for being a wonderful host!
