Nestled in a private 1,400m² south-facing garden directly facing Mont Blanc, the chalet offers breathtaking panoramic mountain views and exceptional natural light throughout the day.

Ideally located just 9 km from Chamonix centre and only 5 minutes from Les Houches ski lifts, the property sits in an authentic and peaceful hamlet of mountain guides, with local shops and an excellent restaurant within walking distance.

Designed to blend contemporary alpine architecture with traditional Savoyard warmth, Chalet ToutBlanc creates an intimate yet refined atmosphere combining elegance, simplicity and functionality. Floor-to-ceiling glazing allows you to truly live the view, offering uninterrupted panoramas of Mont Blanc and the surrounding peaks.

The chalet comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms, including a large family master suite composed of two connecting rooms – ideal for families with children. Each bedroom enjoys its own private bathroom and spectacular mountain views. Premium bedding ensures exceptional comfort.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is designed for high-end catering, featuring two sinks, two refrigerators and a large Smeg range cooker. A generous living space extends seamlessly onto a semi-covered terrace with movable wooden panels, creating changing light effects throughout the day.

South-facing orientation guarantees maximum sunshine in both winter and summer. Multiple terraces with outdoor dining areas, loungers and barbecue overlook a beautifully landscaped garden.

High-speed fibre internet allows remote working in total comfort.

Fantastic Holiday!!

We were three families staying for ski holidays. All of us had a wonderful time. The kids didn’t want to leave and are begging to go back! We hired private chef Philippe and he was just amazing! Terrific food and a very friendly personality! All around it was spectacular!!!

Excellent experience

Our stay at Chalet ToutBlanc was fantastic. After a very easy arrival from Geneva, we were thrilled to find the views from the home to be gorgeous and the location charming. The house is setup so well, stocked with everything you might need, and Guillaume provided us with lots of information to help us get set for a fabulous time skiing (equipment rentals, ski areas suggestions, connection to guides, even chef Phillipe to prepare a delicious meal in the house for us all). Its a lovely place to relax after a day of adventure and Guillaume was very personable. It was a great vacation!

Amazing stay near Chamonix!

We had a magical stay at this property and will certainly be returning! Our family of 4 children and 4 adults were very comfortable - the chalet is gorgeous with the most beautiful deck and views. Its located in a quaint village right near Chamonix and has many beautiful hikes starting right outside its door. The owner, Guillame, and the property manager, Elisa, were the best! They were super responsive, helped us secure a full crib for our two year old, helped arranged the single most special dinner I have ever enjoyed at a refuge that you could only get to on a hike and were always available to help with anything we needed (doctor, directions, etc). We absolutely fell in love with this property and the entire French Alps region. Its an area of the world that everyone should visit.

Stunning Chalet, Stunning Location

We all had a fantastic time at this Chalet. It very spacious, Traditional, with a modern feel. The living spaces, bathrooms and bedrooms were all very well presented and welcoming. We cant rate this Chalet more highly. The Chalet was spotless clean when we arrived and communication was outstanding from the time we booked to the time we checked out. The Owner of the chalet was extremely helpful and informative. The location is great for the winter and summer with just a short drive to all the ski resorts of which we had 7 days amazing days skiing. Thank to everyone that made our stay very special.

Magnifique chalet vue Mont-Blanc

Ce chalet est très beau, bien entretenu, rien ne manque en cuisine et équipements, bonne literie. Une très belle décoration alliant l’ancien et le moderne. Belle vue sur le Mont-Blanc et autres cimes de la vallée de Chamonix. Des promenades proches ou d’autres faciles d’accès. Nous avons passé en famille une très bonne semaine d’été à la montagne au calme.

Semaine en famille à Servoz

La maison est belle, inondée de lumière, avec un grand jardin. Nous y avons séjourné à neuf, confortablement, en juillet. Dans un village calme, les accès routiers à Chamonix et aux randonnées de la vallée sont simples et rapides. La maison était en parfait état, équipée parfaitement. Un petit problème de ménage initial à été réglé avec rapidité et courtoisie dès notre appel. Belles vues sur les montagnes environnantes et sur le Mont Blanc.

Un super chalet bien adapté pour plusieurs familles.Les chambres avec leur salle de bain permettent à chaque couple d'être autonome, et le chalet est vraiment bien conçu pour ne pas être les uns sur les autres Il y a une belle cuisine trės pratique et de la vaisselle en conséquence Enfin tout est fait pour passer un super séjour dans un endroit calme Nous avons adoré....

très bon séjour pour un team bulding de 8 personnes, le chalet très agréable, spacieux, avec vu sur le mont blanc pour le réveil. De plus un accueil et service parfait (merci Mountain Access) pour l'organisation des activités, repas avec le chef Basile, randonnée raquette et repas avec Jean Marc et mer de Glace avec Yoann. toute l'équipe a été enchantée par le séjour.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis dans ce chalet design tres bien équipé (salle de bain, cuisine, chambre, salon). L'accès avec voiture classique y est un peu compliqué. Mais c'est 5 étoiles sans hésitation.
