A beautiful, traditional 170-square-meter chalet on four levels, fully renovated, sleeping 10–12 people, located near the Majestic/PGHM, 500 metres from the pedestrian zone, and 500 metres from the Brévent gondola or the legendary Aiguille du Midi cable car for a “step into the void.”

On the ground floor: a separate, ultra-modern kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

The living room, with its historic fireplace, creates a warm and inviting space that includes a beautiful dining area and a lounge area (equipped with a multimedia centre, TV, and Wi-Fi) offering a superb view of Mont Blanc. Access to the terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and the garden with an outdoor hot tub—a delight for young and old alike.
A separate bathroom is located on this floor.

On the ground floor, there are three twin bedrooms (each with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed), each featuring a smart TV and a fully renovated shower room for luxurious comfort, plus a private bathroom. Two of these rooms have a balcony with a view of Mont Blanc.

Located on the second floor, the “dormitory” can accommodate 4 people in two single beds plus a pull-out bed.
It also has its own private bathroom with a bathtub—ideal for children—plus a toilet.

The basement is fully equipped for your comfort (please note: the ceiling is low, so be sure to protect yourself with foam pads): you’ll enjoy a sauna, a TV room with games and DVDs, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, and a ski boot dryer.

The chalet also has a garage located a few metres away. The chalet is non-smoking, and only small pets are allowed.
