Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Living space
Open-plan living areas give the group plenty of room without anyone feeling on top of each other. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans run throughout, keeping every corner comfortable regardless of the Florida heat outside. Fast Wi-Fi at 287 Mbps keeps streaming and video calls running smoothly across multiple devices, and a dedicated workspace in a common area is available for anyone who needs to stay connected during the trip.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep ten guests across a variety of configurations. Two king master suites each include a private ensuite bathroom, smart TV, ceiling fan, and storage - one opens directly onto the pool area. A third bedroom offers a queen bed, and the fourth is a themed room with two single beds. A queen sofa bed in the family room provides the final sleeping space. A crib, Pack 'n Play/travel crib, and standalone high chair are kept on-site for younger guests.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked and ready for real meals. A GE refrigerator, Samsung stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, and dishwasher handle the heavy lifting, while a microwave, toaster, blender, and hot water kettle cover everything else. A drip coffee maker and Keurig machine are on hand for mornings. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, baking sheets, and barbecue utensils are all provided. A dining table brings the whole group together, and breakfast is included with the stay.

Bathrooms
Three bathrooms serve the group with a mix of bathtub and shower options. Bathroom essentials, hair dryer, hotel shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel are all provided. One master bathroom includes a bidet.

Entertainment & family features
The air-conditioned game room holds arcade games, a pool table, life size games, and a large TV - everything needed to keep the group entertained long after the parks close. A separate children's playroom is stocked with toys, books, and board games for ages ranging from toddlers through 10 and beyond. Smart TVs throughout the home connect to Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Roku, and standard cable. Exercise equipment is also available on-site.

Outdoor living
The screened private pool and spa are available year-round, 24 hours a day. Pool and spa heating can be arranged for an extra fee. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, and a private BBQ grill make the patio a natural gathering spot. A private backyard and lake access give the group room to spread out beyond the pool area.

Location & resort access
Free resort access is included with the stay - a shared gym, sports courts, an outdoor playground, and a fishing lake are all available within the community whenever a change of pace is welcome. The home is pet-friendly and long-term stays are welcome. Self check-in is handled via smart lock, and free driveway parking fits up to four vehicles, with street parking also available nearby. Housekeeping can be arranged for an extra cost. Exterior security cameras are positioned at the front and back of the property - none cover any interior spaces.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs
