Clean and we'll stocked house

We had a group of 5 including my husband, another couple, and my mom and this place was just perfect. The house was clean and has a great kitchen and dining area for cooking and hanging out. We love to vacation in NOLA as often as we can and this is hands down our favorite place we've ever stayed.

Spacious quiet neighborhood

Plenty of space for us. Comfortable beds. Very helpful with check-in and working keypad. Thanks for that. All questions answered promptly. Only a very short easy drive to The Quarter. Great place for a base. Plenty of towels.

Property wasn't clean

The property wasn't clean. I had to go in cleaning. The Refrigerator was nasty. The tub had standing water. I called & they got someone in the hr, so that was good. In the future the management company or person needs to make sure home is cleaned from top to bottom & everything is in excellent operation condition. When u pay for a place away from home you expect 4stars or better.

Great host, great house, questionable neighborhood.

Overall we loved the property. 3 bedrooms was perfect for my family. It was clean and the host even provided some drinks and snacks. It was about a 7-15 minute drive from anything we wanted to do and 20 minutes from the airport. The only down side is the house is in a shady part of town. Felt a little unsafe outside at times, but there were several security cameras that we could see the outside of the house. Host promptly responded any time I messaged with a question. Overall, I would recommend!

Final Four Fun

Myself, wife, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, an 22 year old granddaughter came for Final Four. Fifteen to twenty minute drive to Bourbon Street and down town. House was clean with plenty of room. Only criticism couldn’t find local channels or TBS on TV, only one bathroom (my wife recommended a mirror for master bedroom and no toaster. Small inconveniences. Overall great stay.

Happy with my stay

I was happy- It was exactly what i wanted. To be close to the strip and where the action was but also to live among the "real people" of New Orleans. People continuously told my family and i that we were in a bad neighborhood. We walked freely, went to the park and spoke to some of the neighbors. I never saw anything strange hapening.... I had a great time. Thank you

Why they chose this property

This New Orleans neighborhood took off in 1830 when the Crescent City was a bustling steamboat port. Home to one of the country’s largest populations of free people of color before the Civil War, the neighborhood has a proud history. Come discover all of the wonders it has to offer.
