About the host

While I was born in Los Angeles, I spent the majority of my childhood in Sonoma County. After leaving for college at ASU and then living and working in LA for several years, I returned to the beauty of Northern California's wine country. I own a children's clothing boutique in Santa Rosa, am married and have three children (two of which are twins!). We're a busy family but we have fun and enjoy whatever adventures life throws our way.
Speaking of adventures, we moved to Austin, TX in 2021 and are enjoying getting to know a new city, make new friends and experience new adventures. We have since added three new Texas vacation rentals to our real estate portfolio- a glamping retreat with two tiny houses in Fredericksburg, TX and a beach house in Galveston, TX. With a background in, and passion for design, I poured my love into each of these new projects and I love how they turned out!
I absolutely adore all four of our properties and look forward to sharing them with you!

Why they chose this property
I think what I love most about our neighborhood is the location and the neighbors. We knew the location was great prior to buying the house in 2019- it's within walking distance to downtown as well as Montgomery Village and just a hop, skip and a jump to the plethora of gorgeous and tasty Hwy 12 wineries in Kenwood.
What we couldn't have known prior to moving in was how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood would be and how much we'd love our neighbors.

What makes this property unique
We bought this house from the grown children of the original owners who had grown up in the house so we're only the second owners. When built in the 1950's it sat in the middle of a pecan farm- you can still find pecans shells when you dig in the back yard!
Immediatley after buying it we embarked on a full remodel from head to toe. I'm an interior designer so I've remodeled and designed plenty of houses but this one was different- I felt a connection with this house from the beginning. From the natural light through the kitchen window in the morning, to the old and abundantly producing lemon and orange trees in the back yard, the large picture window that stretches from floor to ceiling in the living room and the sparkling pool in the backyard, this house is truly special.
We can't wait to share it with you.
