The "Kerschbamerhof" with its 4 spacious apartments and a unique panorama view of the surrounding mountains and the South Tyrolean lowlands lies between flowering oleanders, palm trees, grape vines and own fruit and vineyards. Relax in the sunny garden, on your balcony or under the shady arbor. 200m from the house, numerous walking and hiking trails and challenging mountain and mountain bike tours lead through the enchanting mountains of South Tyrol.
Our new wellness area with bio-finnish steam and aroma sauna or infrared cabin will be heated for you.
For our bathing friends!
The Kalterersee, the Montigglerseen or the biotope Fennbergersee are in close proximity. Lake Garda is just 75km away from us!
Whether families, cyclists and mountain bikers, retirees, hiking or recreation seekers - whether for two or with the whole family - all find with us the ideal holiday.
Our village of Graun, a faction 4 km above Kurtatsch at 800m is a small paradise where you can relax, enjoy and especially the sun!
Grocery, guest houses and broom economy are 500m to 1km away from us.
Enjoy the family atmosphere of the house and the tranquility. We are happy to spoil you with fresh products from our farm; Bacon, salami, wine, homemade fruit spreads, juices, syrups, dried fruits, honey, eggs as well as various seasonal delicacies.
Our 4 apartments are comfortably furnished with dining and cooking utensils, dishwasher, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, microwave, bed linen, hand- and shower towels, toilet paper, safe, central vacuum cleaner, satellite TV and Radio and all have large balcony or garden with morning sun. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer. All apartments have a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and the South Tyrolean lowlands and have a separate entrance area.

Il posto è bello ma...
Ci sono stato a dicembre dove la temperatura di mattina era sempre a -6. Una sera ho provato a contattare la proprietaria per chiedere se era possibile accendere i riscaldamenti, alle 23 non si accendevano, ma non sono riuscito a parlarci, rischiando anche di essere addentato da due simpatici cani pastori. Per il resto appartamento molto accogliente e grande. Cucina attrezzata. Bella vista su Egna tra i filari di mele. Hanno la piscina che in questo periodo era congelata ed una sauna esterna. Mancano i saponi da doccia

Buon giorno, grazie per la tua recensione. Ci scusiamo se avete passato la notte a 22 gradi a temperatura ambiente la notte troppo fredda. La nostra casa è una casa clima i riscaldatori sono a 22 gradi temperatura ambiente impostata se la temperatura ambiente a 22 gradi, il riscaldamento si spegne automaticamente se le temperature si ribassano.
Il cane è un caro giovane bovaro bernese che la notte è sempre chiuso in giardino. Il nostro cane non contribuisce al fatto che non potremmo permetterci in un afitto camere.
Noi abbiamo appartamenti 4 stelle e non è comune per noi consegnare lo shampoo per la doccia. Adesso in 14 anni che affitiamo nessuno ha ancora detto, mi dispiace.
