Relax in the sunny garden, on your balcony or under the shady arbor. 200m from the house numerous walking and hiking trails as well as demanding mountain and mountain bike tours lead through the enchanting mountains of southern Italy.

Our little village Graun, a fraction 4 km above Kurtatsch at 800m above sea level, is a little paradise where you can feel good, relax and, above all, enjoy the sun!
Grocery store, inns and broom shop are 500m to 1km away from us.

Enjoy the family atmosphere of the house and the peace. We look forward to spoiling you with fresh products from our farm; own bacon, salami, wine, homemade fruit spreads, juices, syrups, dried fruits, honey, eggs and various seasonal delicacies.

Our 4 apartments are comfortably furnished with dishes and cookware, tea towels, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, bed linen, hand and shower towels, toilet paper, safe, with central vacuum system, satellite TV and Radio equipped and all have large balconies or gardens with morning sun. There is also a washing machine and dryer. All apartments have a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and the South Tyrolean lowlands and have a separate entrance area.
The four-room apartment Pink Lady approx. 82 m², suitable for 3 - 8 people with balcony, comfortable kitchen with dishwasher, large seating area, fully equipped kitchenette, 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and bidet. The apartment offers enough space for 7 adults.

The three-room apartment Merlot on the ground floor has 1 or 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and additional sofa bed approx. 72 m² for 2 - 8 people and with a garden with morning sun.
Comfortably furnished kitchen with dishwasher, fully equipped kitchenette and large seating area, additional couch that can be converted into a double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet.
