Family holiday home located in the charming village of Gillieux, on the Ile de Ré. Ideal for a family stay, it benefits from a privileged location: only 300 metres from one of the most beautiful beaches of the island (4 minutes by bike) and 500 metres from the famous Phare des Baleines.

A house designed for comfort
Very bright and sunny, the house offers beautiful outdoor spaces with a large garden and a landscaped courtyard. An arbour shaded by a climbing trellis allows you to enjoy meals in the open air, in the shade or at sunset, in a calm and friendly atmosphere.

Sleeping areas
The house has three comfortable bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (upstairs): double bed 140 cm
Bedroom 2 (ground floor): double bed 140 cm
Bedroom 3 (ground floor): two single beds of 80 cm joined together + one single bed of 80 cm
A baby cot is available on request.

Living spaces
The indoor kitchen, completely renovated in 2024, is fitted out and equipped to facilitate the preparation of meals. It opens onto a very bright dining room, ideal for shared moments.
A summer kitchen completes the set, with washing machine and dishwasher, particularly practical for outdoor dining.
The living room offers a warm atmosphere for the evenings.

A bathroom with toilet adjoining the master bedroom upstairs
A second bathroom and separate toilet located in the garden, providing additional comfort
