We rent our house not far from the sea, 500m walk, bright, with a warm atmosphere and good energy. Land of 700 m2 and a small vegetable garden behind the house.
First floor - fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, two bedrooms, toilet and bathroom (separate);
1ST floor - two bedrooms.
No need for air conditioning, the house is always between 26 and 27 degrees. (Only a fan if necessary). And closing the shutters after noon, which keeps the cool.
All the technology is at your disposal (television, equipped kitchen, manual vacuum cleaner, and if you wish, a washing machine in the garage).
Possibility to park cars in the parking lot in front of the house.
Shops are nearby. Leclerc and Intermarché 1km away.
Possibility to reach Toulon by boat for 1 euro by taking the 10 trips card.
Possibility to spend the day in Porquerolles by boat 1 hour trip from La Seyne sur mer. 36 euros. (See Tourist Office for the 2 previous information)
We will be delighted to share with you the products of our small vegetable garden. (tomatoes, cucumbers, strawberries): pick at your ease.
For lunches and dinners, we recommend the terrace protected from the southern sun.
