Residential neighborhood — as soon as you arrive, you can park your car in the free private parking space. Two bicycles are at your disposal.
Beaches are just 10 minutes away by bike, and the bakery and pharmacy are a 4‑minute walk away.
A supermarket for groceries is only 6 minutes away.

Inside the apartment: a fully equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, plancha grill, bike pump, dishwasher, washing machine, and of course air conditioning.
Bathroom and separate toilet.

Outside: two sun loungers, two tables, six chairs, a covered terrace of 10 m² plus 25 m² of private enclosed garden.

Household linen service: an additional €25.00 (sheets & towels) for the sofa bed (if four guests are sleeping).

Arriving from Paris in the heatwave it was such a relief to get to the apartment and find it cool (thick walls, good shutters, ground floor), comfortable and spotless. The apartment is well laid out and generally well equipped in terms of kitchen/dining. There wasn't a high chair for young children but we knew that in advance and we made do. The small yard garden is lovely and private, and the olive tree, jasmine and vines keep it cool and green. We didn't use the bikes as we rented from the town (needed child seats) but it's a great thing to have available to holidaymakers. There is no WiFi so suited particularly to people who want to disconnect (as we did!).The location is ideal, close to everything in Lavandou - a bakery a three minute walk away, choice of supermarkets, and just off the bike path and Toulon-Saint Tropèz bus route.Nadine was very prompt to respond to any requests. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and would love to return sometime.
