Please note that some of these amenities may have fees such as aircraft landing fees and golf green fees.

Enter the home's main level to see the large living room with fantastic views of the lake. A modern kitchen and dining room overlooks the living area. The kitchen area has a half bathroom and laundry room. A huge deck with a propane (free) grill and plenty of seating overlooks the lake.

The main level also provides a king suite with private bathroom featuring a large tub and walk in shower.

The lower level provides a second living room featuring a billiard table and card table and bedroom #2 (king suite with private bathroom). A short hallway leads to bedroom #3 (king), bedroom 4 (twin/twin bunk, twin/twin bunk, and another twin/twin bunk), and a common full bathroom.
Outside is a huge, covered lanai deck with large table, comfortable seating, and a swing making the perfect reading room.

Take the gentle slope to your private dock with 1 covered boat slip, 2 jet ski docks, large swim platform ladder, and room for 1 uncovered boat. The boat and boat lift are not for your use.
