Beautiful property! The house was just as gorgeous as the pictures! I really enjoyed how the towels were wrapped before use! I will definitely be booking this house again next year! Working with Sand N Seas went very smoothly! Thank you for everything!

March getaway

The house is in a good location, right on the beach, and has a great deck with views. There is not an enclosed fence (much of it was torn down). The decorations are not fancy, but the home is clean and functional.

We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your time at Beachcomber! We don't advertise a fenced yard at this home, but appreciate you clarifying that for any other guests looking to enjoy a beachfront vacation here!

The good stuff first, check-in was easy and smooth. The house is spacious with great access to the beach, good view of ocean and 2 outside decks for catching sun or just watching the waves. Two of the 3 baths were very nice with modern upgrades. Now for the not so good, the beds were terrible, small and soft mattresses with terrible foam pillows. Only 2 of the 4 bedrooms had double or queens sized beds, the other 2 had twin beds and bunk beds with a futon, not at all kosher with 3 adult couples. The kitchen ware was missing lids for pots and pans which made cooking difficult for some things. The kitchen area needs a serious deep cleaning, inside drawers and cabinets, it was not top shape clean. The A/C vents have visible mold growing on nearly all fixtures that needed cleaning. There were 2 outdoor grills, one needs to be discarded, the other was also in bad shape, but useable with some cleaning. Overall we had a nice stay, but for the price we'd probably opt for a different property next time.

family birthday week

Overall the home was good, really liked the location and proximity to Seven Seas Grocery. I would recommend window coverings in the upstairs bedrooms for those who like darkness. We had to tape towels over the open windows, so the morning light wouldn't wake us or the little ones. Also a shade is needed over the glass double doors to the master bedroom. No privacy, so we had to put a sheet over that too.

Perfect home for families

Our four generational family (ages 1 1/2 to 81) plus two dogs enjoyed this property completely. VERY CLEAN and very solidly built- we were able to have space to ourselves as well as a nice sized family area for dining, cooking and visiting. The view of the Gulf is amazing- Every rental has its charms, but this one had everything we needed for our group.. We were very satisfied.
