Cozy apartment on the second floor of a two-family house in Casarza Ligure, in the green hinterland and only 7 km from the beaches and the beautiful Ligurian sea. On the terrace you can eat and enjoy the beautiful sunset in the hills. The ideal place to relax in the silence of nature and to visit all the main tourist destinations of the Riviera di Levante. Only 4 km away is the railroad station: from here you can reach the Cinque Terre Natural Park and World Heritage Site (40 km), Sestri Levante (6 km), Portofino (35 km) and Genoa (50 km) with the second largest aquarium in Europe and the rich medieval old town. Numerous activities in the area: horseback riding, fishing, hiking trails, cycling and mountain biking, hiking trails to the Cinque Terre, excursions to Lago Bargone, hiking trails to Punta Manara (6 km). And in only 26 km you can reach Varese Ligure, Europe's first municipality to obtain the organic certificate. In Tavarone (18 km), the tourist and sports center, there is an adventure park, cableway, children's playground, riding stable, bocce court, tennis, soccer, a farm, and several agroturistic farms where you can taste the local products. The cottage is surrounded by a fenced plot with rose garden, vegetable garden, plants and flowers. A parking place is available on the property. On request and for a fee, the following additional services are available: family excursions with tastings in Genoa, excursions to Cinque Terre, Riviera di Levante, Portofino and San Fruttuoso, urban trekking in Genoa or naturalistic excursions to Cinque Terre and Portofino, excursions to Noli and Finalborgo, horseback riding, boat excursions, food personal shopper, private transfer, motorboat and rubber dinghy rental, car rental or private driver. Supertoller Urlaub

Die Unterkunft war sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Die Terrasse bot einen atemberaubenden Blick über das Tal. In unmittelbarer Nähe (400 m) gab es eine Pizzeria, wo wir sehr gern bestellten und diese auf der Terrasse genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig gelegen und ideal auch für Hunde angelegt. Das Haus ist in den Hang gebaut und komplett umzäunt. Dadurch gab es einen kleinen Garten ebenerdig direkt an die Terrasse. Die Treppe in den Hof ist mit einer Tür blockiert. Unsere Vermieter waren ein Traum. Öfters gab es frische Tomaten und Pfirsiche aus dem eigenen Garten, und für unseren Sohn ein Eis. Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt - teilweise bevor man sie aussprach ;-). Vielen lieben Dank Nadia. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine tolle Aussicht, super sauber, sehr sehr nette Vermieter. Nur die vielen lauten Nachbarn drumherum, die ihre Maschinen sogar am Sonntag ungestört laufen lassen, stören etwas. Aber dafür können die herzlichen Vermieter nichts.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben mit unserer kleinen Tochter die Ferienwohnung gemietet. Die Vermieter waren total freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Das Objekt ist auf alle Fälle weiter zu empfehlen.

Een fijne vakantiewoning in een mooie omgeving met zeer hartelijke, vriendelijke en bescheiden gastheer en gastvrouw. We konden volledig onze eigen gang gaan, maar kregen ook alle gewenste informatie en tips over de omgeving.

Schönes uns schön gelegenes Ferienhaus nah an Sestri und an alle schöne Orte östlich von Genua

Die Lage, in Casarza Ligure, einem schönen Tal in direkter Nähe zur Sestri Levante, ist ideal. Von hier ist man schnell (15 Min.) in Sestri, ein sehr schöner Ort und kann man gut 5 Terre, per Schiff ab Monte Rosso, Portofino und der Rest der Küste zwischen Genua und La Spezia erkunden. Die Eigentümer Nadia und Giuseppe sind sehr herzlich und behilflich!!! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und bietet alles was man braucht. Ein gutes Elternbett, unsere Kindern (10 und 17) schliefen auf ein schon gemachtes, gutes Schlafsofa. Noch ein Tipp: Das Restaurant/Pizzeria Cinciarin, 200 m zur Fuss, ist wo die Italiener essen. Superlecker und günstig!!! Grazie und arrivedercie

Supertolle Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieter, Tolle Lage... immer wieder gerne

Wir waren vom 28.Oktober bis 10.November da. Die Wohnung ist einfach nur super Klasse, für 2 Personen ideal. alles vorhanden. Kein Sat-TV... aber super WLan/Internet sodass wir mit Laptop SKY-Go einwandfrei empfangen konnten. Wohnung war supersauber, im erstklassigen Zustand.... alles soweit vorhanden ( haben noch Eierbecher, Butterdose, eine große Pfanne gekauft.... Toaster wäre auch nicht schlecht.... aber ansonsten alles vorhanden ) Vermieter wohnen im Parterre, selten so liebe und nette Leute kennengelernt. Sprechen nur Italiänisch, aber Verständigung mit "Händen und Füßen" war ausgesprochen ausreichend. Würde immer wieder gerne hinfahren, leider für nächstes Jahr zur Hauptsaison schon ausgebucht :-( Da es Nachts schon ziemlich "frisch" war mußten wir ca. 2 Stunden pro Tag Heizung anmachen... Achtung: Gas ist in Italien "sau"-teuer....... Anfahrt zur Wohnung ist nicht einfach zu finden... Anfahrtbeschreibung über die Agentur nicht hilfreich und NAVI führt auch nicht zum Ziel... Strand in Sestri Levante nach 15 Minuten... Penny Markt in Casarza ca. 7 Minuten... Alles super.... TOP .... DANKE an NADJA und Ihren Mann.

Ruhige Lage und schön für Familien mit Kind

Haben eine Woche mit unseren Kindern dort verbracht. Das abgeschlossene Grundstück ist vorallem für Familien mit kleinen Kindern sehr praktisch. Dass die Vermieter direkt unter der Fewo wohnen, war uns so nicht ganz klar. Wen das nicht weiter stört, findet hier auf jeden Fall eine sehr saubere und ordentliche Wohnung vor. Die Vermieter waren sehr bemüht und haben auch während des Aufenthalts frische Handtücher, etc. angeboten. Auch die Verbrauchsabrechnung war sehr fair. Hilfreich ist es, wenn man ein paar Brocken italienisch versteht. Die Terasse ist super, um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen.
