Inside, you’ll find a comfortable living space with Wi-Fi, a big-screen TV, and cozy seating, ideal for unwinding after a day outdoors. The well-equipped kitchen area provides everything you need for simple meals, and the bathroom offers all essential comforts. Our tiny home community is located just off Highway 59, so you may notice some road activity as you arrive - but the homes back up to sweeping red-rock views and a quiet residential area, offering a peaceful place to unwind once you’re settled in.
Apple Valley itself is a small, rural desert town with virtually no light pollution, making it perfect for stargazing. You’re also a short drive from the larger hubs of Hurricane, Utah, and Colorado City, Arizona, where you’ll find grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, and all the essentials for your adventures. This Tiny Home sleeps up to four people and has one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom! Join us for an adventure that you will remember for a lifetime.
What makes this property unique
If I had to pick my favorite features they would be stargazing and trail access. with no light pollution, you can see the milky way and an endless star-filled sky. we do offer telescopes for an additional charge.
