Country house with garden, at the start of hiking trails

Our cottage is located on the heights of a village, on the banks of the Dordogne, between Bergerac and Sarlat, in the heart of the Périgord.
This is a house from the 50s, entirely renovated from natural, ecological materials (wood cladding, lime, etc.) and/or recycled.
This house, with a surface area of 80m2, is composed of a living room/kitchen space of 36 m2 and 3 bedrooms. You will have an independent garden where you can relax in the shade of a lime tree.

Most of the furniture is antique. Our compost is recycled in our vegetable garden and our chickens also allow us to reduce our waste. Our sheep play their role as ecological mowers and maintain the orchard and the one-hectare field located at the back of our house.

The house offered is entirely independent but is part of a renovated farm complex (tobacco shed, farmhouse, barn). Everything is located in a hamlet, nature is very present: many birds and forests are directly accessible from our property.

We currently live on part of the old farm and will be able, if you wish, to tell you about the different activities and visits that are available to you near the cottage:
