Large, quiet house surrounded by greenery 3 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms

Charming quiet house in the countryside at the end of a dead end road, large terrace with magnificent views of the valley and the village of Montagnac La Crempse. It consists of three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower or bathtub or bathroom) and two toilets. Living room with beautiful fireplace, new fully equipped kitchen. This comfortable 140 m² single-storey house and its land located in the heart of Périgord Pourpre will allow you to spend a peaceful holiday with family or friends.

For those who wish to stroll and visit this wonderful region of Périgord Pourpre, you will have at your disposal vineyards and gastronomy (Monbazillac, Pécharmant, foie gras, duck and goose confit, nuts, truffles and porcini mushrooms...) but also old stones, Bastides and fortified towns which will bear witness to our eventful past (Monpazier, Beaumont, Eymet, Lalinde, Molières...).

Included in the price: cleaning. Heating and wood for the living room fireplace are included in the price between 01/11 and 01/05 - These two options are only available between November 1 and May 1.
Not included: linen (12€/bed/stay) and the fireplace in the room is closed all year round.

Une maison de famille comme on aimerait tous avoir !

Situation très agréable et reposante. La campagne est magnifique et la vue très jolie. La maison est vaste, bien conçue et confortable. Elle est complétement restée figée dans le temps et dégage beaucoup d'ondes positives.

Ruhiger, besinnlicher Urlaub

Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse. Ideal und extrem ruhig. Ausser die Glocken der Kirche und des Klosters und ab und an ein Auto oder Traktor ist die Ruhe einfach grandios. Das Haus ist riesig und gut ausgestattet. Auch unser Hund konnte sich frei bewegen. Ein grosses dankeschön an Marie und Vincent für die unkomplizierte Art uns früher ins Haus zu lassen und auch unsere frühere Abreise ging ohne grosse Probleme. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

La maison est très agréable et il y a tout le confort qu il faut. Elle est dans son jus mais c est ce qui en fait un endroit charmant pour les vacances! (Pour nous un week end) Le vue est a couper le souffle, le calme est très appréciable et prendre un bain de soleil sur la terrasse est vraiment très agréable. Pour la petite note négative, les draps et serviettes de bain (12e par personne) ainsi que le chauffage (12e par nuit) on été rajouté par contrat reçu par mail après le paiement de la location, non annulable sur le site. Pour une week end a 205e de location cela a rajouté 72e ce qui n est pas négligeable. J en ai fait la remarque aux propriétaires qui m ont gentiment proposé d annuler (ce que j ai refusé car la maison restait dans notre budget) mais je pense qu il serait vraiment plus agréable pour les prochains locataires d inclure ce prix à la nuitée... afin de ne pas avoir de surprise. Ceci dit les propriétaires ont été très agréable et courtois donc nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour!

Un havre de paix dans la campagne

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette ancienne maison de campagne très bien équipée et spacieuse. Le jardin est grand et agréable, et la vue sur Montagnac vraiment très belle. C'est un havre de paix où il fait bon se reposer. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très sympathiques.

très bon séjour dans un lieu parfaitement calme et isolé une voiture est indispensable pour les courses et les visites qui sont très éloignées . Belle vue sur les environs. des explications manquent pour le fonctionnement de la télé et la mise en route du frigidaire de la cuisine .

Fabuleux !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Montagnac-la-Crempse dans cette très jolie maison avec son agréable terrasse et jardin avec une vue magnifique. Au calme, nous avons pleinement apprécié la nature et le charme incontestable de la Dordogne ! A refaire sans hésitation 😊 nos contacts avec les propriétaires et la femme de ménage ont également été très plaisants et je les en remercie.

logement sans doute très bien en été mais lors de notre séjour il faisait froid car beaucoup de vent sachant que le le logement est sur les hauteurs et que l'air passe sous certaines portes, nous avions un peu froid

Idéal pour le silence, la tranquillité et la vue.

Parfait. Le calme total comme on voulait. Vue sur le beau village au loin et sa belle église. La terrasse et l'espace du parc donnant sur les champs et les bois complétaient bien l'ensemble et la maison arrangée avec goût.
