Amazing views from this beach house. Highly desirable Ocean Front location. Rocking chair front porch. House is 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Includes 2 king beds and 2 twin. Free WIFI. Property listed is the top floor suite. This house has a professionally landscaped yard and parking. We are blocks from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. All beds and furniture are brand new. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. All bedrooms have cable with flat screen wall mounted TV'S! We provide a front load washer and dryer in the laundry room. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a max of 6 people.

Mom getaway

We had a great trip despite the recent and uncommon snow storm in the area, the house was as stated in the listing. The only issue we ran into was the stairs being extremely slick due to the snow and the property manager quickly took care of it. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice, off-season getaway on the beach

relaxing, covered front porch for awesome sea views and morning coffees. Easy to walk to beach bar, local restaurants. Nice house with well started stocked kitchen.

Amazing Thanksgiving at the Beach!

We had our first family Thanksgiving at the beach and this condo was perfect! Beautiful sunrises on the deck, steps from the ocean, and close to all there is to do at Carolina Beach. I was worried about cooking such a big meal in someone else’s kitchen but it had everything I needed! There is a nice backyard that is shared with the unit below. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Perfect Place

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful home! The location was perfect. We walked right down to the water with our fishing poles and enjoyed the ocean. The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We have stayed all across the country and this is now one of our favorites. The hosts were wonderful to communicate with and very helpful. We hope to come back again!

We stayed with our adult children for our wedding! The place was clean, well laid out and had the best access straight to the beach. It’s a straight shot to the boardwalk with little gems to visit in between. We will definitely book again!

Awesome beach spot

Great, conveniently located beachfront property. Management was was very easy to get ahold of and very friendly, if not a touch stingy (no laundry detergent provided etc). Property was excellently set up for family and kids. Really easy check in and check out. Recommended.

Healing Get-awau

After losing my 5 year old grandson in a very traumatic way on New Years Day and having to wait to bury him almost 3 weeks later on January 20, I needed to get away and start the healing process. This lovely home and it’s surroundings were exactly what the doctor ordered…literally!

Peaceful time

To avoid the horrible time I had a Myrtle beach the previous year I decided to go somewhere more quiet right on the beach. This was def worth it! House was as described super convenient to walk to the house from the beach when dealing with an energetic toddler. House was clean and owners provided ample communication. Will come again !

Great Stay

House was very clean. Nice view of the ocean with quick access to beachfront. Very comfy feel. Kitchen was well equipped and stocked with pans, pots, a coffee maker and a Keurig, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, plenty of plates, glassware, and utensils. No blinds in living room windows however, so that took some getting used to at night. Great stay however. Perfect for 3 adults and 3 children. 2nd bath was extremely tight for the adults, but we managed. Thanks again.

Ocean Front Property

Apartment was clean and as described. Owner would not give me the access code to apartment until I sent him a copy of my drivers license. I find this invasive and unnecessary. No one on VRBO has ever asked for this before. And it was passed our check in time when he notified me and held me hostage. The kitchen is well appointed but they but they don’t even give you one coffee pod to use the first day.

Quick Getaway

We chose this location to bring our Military daughter for a quick getaway before her deployment. The Upper unit we stayed in had the perfect ocean view and the sounds of the ocean was better than therapy!! The owners thought of everything we could need. Check in was so smooth. Beds comfortable and clean. Nicely decorated. One of our days was a stormy day and that mixed with cozy blankets, sounds of waves, pops of thunder, and a good movie was amazing. We were there during the *off* season so a lot of the restaurants were closed. Our biggest disappointment was the boardwalk. The Ferris wheel has been permanently removed and it appears the boardwalk is slowly closing down. If you are coming for that area only - do more research. Even with that we did find wonderful places to eat and shops to visit. Incredible views!! This trip was very relaxing!!! I highly recommend this house seated right on the beach. And these owners have several other properties to choose from. They take extreme pride in making sure each of their guest walk away with a perfect trip!! Book it now!
