The area is my favorite place to stay! We’ve stayed on this street over 10x. The pool was amazing, the views & dock were the best part! Super quiet area. The house is def old school Florida keys but a/c was cold bed was comfy. We had a few things that needed attention but Frank was quick to respond. We’ll be back

Amazing location

We really enjoyed our stay. You really have everything you need at the house - pool, dock etc. we spent countless hours fishing on the dock. The sunsets from the house are breathtaking. The house if older and could use a little TLC but the AC was cold and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the keys. We will be back.

Great place to stay

Location is great. Sunsets are wonderful. You can rent or bring your boat and use the dock. If you want to fish from the end of the dock, you can easily do so. Swimming pool is private and family friendly.

Rustic charm and beautiful views.

We had a wonderful stay at this rustic, charming home! While it’s an older property with a few quirks, it truly added to the character and laid-back vibe we were looking for. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and the dock was absolutely incredible—we spotted crabs, fish, and even sea turtles every day! And the sunsets? Simply breathtaking. This place gave us everything we needed for a memorable and peaceful getaway. We’d happily stay here again!

Great Little Gem

My family of four stayed here for spring break and had a great week! The place was just as described and was a perfect set up for our young kids. They loved the pool and we were very comfortable all week. The cleanliness of the house was subpar but the location was amazing! Thanks for a great week!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

The location is perfect, very quiet, very private. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Sunsets were spectacular. We fished and snorkeled every day. The pool was clean and we honestly have zero complaints about anything. Host Frank was very accommodating. We will definitely be back next year.

Paradise

What a fantastic week. The screened porch became my favorite spot. After the dock that is. Sure the place could use some updating as others mentioned, but it’s super clean, comfortable, well taken care of, and has everything you need. I’ll be back!

Awesome time in the Keys!

The property manager and Owner were wonderful, so responsive and nice! The house was as listed, screened in porch- beautiful for morning coffee and evening views. The home was very comfortable and well equipped. We LOVED the heated pool and the dock for seeing fish, sting ray, shark, ect and fishing Omg of. We love this area for morning walks as well. The air conditioner froze up and Frank had HVAC team there immediately- couldn’t have asked for better response and timing- then they checked back to make sure all was going well! Would stay again in his properties for sure!

We were very excited to stay in this home in Marathon. Frank called a few days before our arrival and told us that the inspector asked him to shut down the dock until the repairs could be inspected again. He offered to heat the pool and gave us 3 kayaks at no extra charge. When we arrived, we found some safety issues with the property outside that we addressed with Frank over the phone. They were resolved. The next day we discovered an issue inside the house. We told Frank we would fix those items ourselves. Frank kindly reimbursed us for the supplies. The house location is EXCELLENT. The laundry facilities are also excellent. The beds are very comfortable. The TV is gigantic. Some apps are available, there is no cable or dish service. We used data on our phones and didn't try the internet. There was no problems with the wifi connection to the TV, so the internet must be good too. There is no beach, it is the Gulf side of the Keys, but the pool was wonderful. Our grandchildren swam for hours at a time! There is a nice screened porch for family dinners. The pictures of the listing are old, the living room furniture is not what is shown. There is only one couch, and it is comfy! The A/C works well, but is loud when it starts up. There are a few maintenence items that could be tightened and tweaked. It is a nice house for a week's stay in the middle keys.
