Amazing apartment close to everything!

We had an excellent stay at this apartment while visiting our daughter who’s studying at the university. The place was super clean, modern, and had everything we needed—comfy bed, great shower, and a fully equipped kitchen.The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to the WHO student village and really close to the old town too. We loved being able to explore the area, grab coffee nearby, and still be just minutes from seeing our daughter. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommend!

wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

In dieser Wohnung hat einfach alles gepasst. Modern, super hell und großzügig geschnitten einfach klasse.Blitzblank in der ganzen Wohnung und ein super gemütliches Bett. Die Küche ist ebenfalls perfekt ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert.Dankeschön. Komme gerne wieder.

Alles wie gewünscht

Ich war mit meiner Familie im Dezember 2020 für ein paar Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Grund war ein medizinisch notwendiger Eingriff in der Uniklinik. Es war alles wie beschrieben, super sauber und gemütlich. Das Schlafzimmer ist groß genug um dort noch ein Babybett aufzustellen. Sehr positiv war, dass Spülmittel, Müllbeutel, Spülmaschinentabs, Seife etc alles vorhanden war. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Ademi war sehr schnell und immer nett. Direkt im Nachbarhaus ist ein Bäcker und ein Supermarkt ist auch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

In unserem 5 tägigen Kurzurlaub im Okt./19 haben wir uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Die Altstadt ist ca. 1 km entfernt. Restaurant, Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A must stay place

This was our second time stay in this apartment. Very clean, new, and excellent location. The management is very friendly and just 5 minutes walk from a beautiful green hill, jogging track and river all in one spot and 10 minutes walk to restaurants and the city shopping center. furnished and finished with modern style furniture and all related accessories. We call it our home now in Tubingen city. :)
