Geräumige Wohnung und kurze Wege zum Strand oder Essenholen in nahen Restaurants. Auch mit Kleinkind und Baby gut geeignet.

Wohnen direkt im Zentrum von Kühlungsborn

Die Wohnung macht einen guten Eindruck. Kleines Manko, die abgenutzte Wohnlandschaft. Ansonsten ist alles soweit vorhanden. Die Wohnung kann per Aufzug erreicht werden. Parkplätze sind im Innenhof. Kurze Entfernung zur Seebrücke.

Super Lage und trotzdem ruhig.

Mindestbelegung 4 Personen, sonst zu groß und zu teuer. Möbel könnten eine Renovierung gebrauchen (abgesessene Ledergarnitur etc.)
