Excellent condo in a terrific location

Plus: - location, location, location! only a few minutes walk from a great beach area that is well-suited for small childeren; - comfortable rooms with AC; - fast and reliable wifi; - clean; Minus: - no private parking (parking on the street, which can get very busy in weekends) - power outage three tomes in the week we stayed there (which also means AC switched off) - no mosquito nets/screens in the door from the garden to the kitchen or any of the other windows, meaning you get stabbed every night as the area is next to a lake and has many mosquitos - no vacuum cleaner to tidy the place up a bit while you stay - no proper BBQ/grill available, Interhome was nice and arranged one for us upon arrival, but it frankly was very dirty and not up to the standards of the house and price-level we paid.

Overall we had a lovely stay with family. The villa is in a great location, just across the road there is a lovely beach with a beach cafe. The villa was really clean, but unfortunately the air con was terrible. It got better as time went on in the bedrooms but downstairs it never seemed to cool down. We contacted the host and they were meant to pop round but never did, so that was disappointing.

Perfekte Lage

Dieses Haus hat eine perfekte Lage zu einem sehr, sehr schönen Strand. Keine 4 Minuten ist man dort angekommen. Das Ferienhaus selbst hat alles. Also Anmerkung könnte man ein paar Hacken anbringen, damit man Handtücher und Geschirrtücher aufhängen kann.

Als wir kamen war das Haus nicht sauber.Spülmaschine verrostet(innen) Pfannen dreckig und verkratzt. Wenn Ich alles soll schreiben reicht der Platz nicht

Unterkunft ist modern ausgestattet und macht einen neuen Eindruck. Allerdings entschied man sich bei der Ausstattung wohl eher für günstige Produkte und so war die Einrichtung schon einen leicht "runtergerockt". Zusammen mit dem bei der Ankunft ungesäuberten Pool reicht es deswegen nicht zur Bestnote, die ansonsten leicht erreichbar gewesen wäre. Das Team vor Ort war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wohnung

Wir hatten ursprünglich eine andere Wohnung direkt am Meer gebucht. Zwei Tage vorher wurde sie abgesagt. Das war ein Schock.

Aufgrund eines Defekts an der Heizungsanlage im ursprünglich gebuchten Objekt und der schlechten Wetterprognose während des gebuchten Zeitraums war eine Umbuchung leider unvermeidlich.

Moderne Villa im lieblosen Verfall

Die Villa hat mit ihrem modernen Stil und großen Fenstern einen hellen und freundlichen Innenbereich. Auch die Lage der Villa in einer ruhigen Gegend zwischen Lagune und Meer hat uns sehr überzeugt. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Allerdings ist die Villa weitestgehend sich selbst überlassen: -keine Bettbezüge (nur Spannbettlaken) -keine Küchenausstattung außer (zum Teil defektes) Geschirr -erheblich Gebrauchsspuren an allen Gegenständen -ungepflegter und nicht privater Außenbereich

Schönes Ferienhäuschen an guter Lage

Positiv: gut eingerichtet, schönes Interieur, sehr bequeme Betten, Küchenausstattung bestens für einen 1-wöchigen Urlaub, schöner Pool, gute Lage, parkieren in Seitengasse problemlos möglich Negativ: viel Katzendreck auf dem Rasenteppich neben Pool, im Herbst erst am Nachmittag Sonne im Garten, Glaswand in Dusche im OG undicht, dadurch Wasserlache am Boden
