The owners, as a great plus, include with the property 2 paddleboards, a large swim pad, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach cart.

This property sleeps 8-10 adults/children. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and TV. The second bedroom is a second master suite with king bed, pull out full sleeper sofa, and attached full bathroom with a TV. The third bedroom is a bunk room with a set of full bunks and a set of twin bunks with TV and full bathroom. Each bunk has its own light and power source for charging and privacy. Bunk room would be most suitable for kids, teens, and young adults.

The main living space is open with panoramic views of the sound. Kitchen is well stocked with all cooking utensils. The living and dining room are open to the kitchen and function well for entertaining. The new waterfront deck includes a grill and sitting area with chairs and is perfect for taking in the sunset.

The brand new oversized attached deck looking directly over the water with easy walk down access to your own private 50ft dock - cast for mullet, trout and redfish right in your own backyard, set the crab traps and catch dinner, or bring your boat for some offshore fun. (rental of the boat lift is additional and requires a separate deposit, inquire from owner if needed)

There is a trolley stop at the entrance to Santa Rosa Villas for easy transportation around the beach.

There is also an electric bike rental company at the entrance to the neighborhood (Pedego Electric Bikes). There is an hourly and daily rental and its a great way to see the island.

This home is ideal for a couple of families traveling with children or multiple generations of the same family.
