I am a native San Diegan and have been married for over 17 years to my lovely wife, Suzanne. Combined we have a total of four boys - 38 yr old to 16 yr old. :) Outside of family events we enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and hosting new friends at our Lake Havasu condo and Big Bear cabin. These resort destinations are wonderful, and we are happy to be able to share our homes with you.
Why they chose this property
We love the outdoors...and water especially! In the past we would take our boat to Lake Martinez (south, near Yuma), however, we had an opportunity to buy this condo so centrally situated that we couldn't pass it up! Lake Havasu has a great boating community...and such a hip vibe! We love our condo as it is poolside has great parking, including for boat owners, and so much more!

The condo is well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen. It has all your cooking essentials (spices, cookware, foil, etc), in-unit washer/dryer, walk-in closet, cold A/C, comfortable king size bed, pull out couch, two smart HDTVs, fast WiFi, large patio that is only steps from the pool and jacuzzi...and more!
It is a 5 minute walk to the London Bridge and Rotary Park. Starbucks and other grocery conveniences are also walking distance. This is a quiet and comfortable gem in the heart of the city!
