Situated on a very large lot, with a private back yard, this 6 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for 2 or 3 families, or your long-overdue family reunion. Walking distance to all of the best Santa Cruz has to offer: Cowell's Beach, the Municipal Wharf, the Boardwalk, Steamer Lane, the surfing museum and downtown Santa Cruz.

This wonderful home was built in 1946 for one of the pioneer fishing families in Santa Cruz. It is truly the quintessential FAMILY home. All on one level, pecan hardwood floors throughout. The backyard is perfect for croquet or bocce ball. A soak in the large, private hot tub will provide a perfect end for your perfect day at the beach.

We have thought of and provided everything that you will need for a fun, relaxing and memorable vacation in Santa Cruz. You will not be disappointed!

This is the best location for your Santa Cruz beach vacation. You will want to come back again and again!

We take our guest's safety seriously. We have 3 outdoor security cameras that do not have a view into any private spaces. They are not monitored by us, unless there is an incident that requires us to look back through footage.

Wonderful week in this gorgeous home away from home! A comfortable, spacious retreat for our family to stay while celebrating a college graduation. Convenient location, well-appointed spaces to relax and unwind, a great kitchen, and a beautiful backyard area complete with hot tub!Perfect for our group of five, and could easily have fit several more. Communication was easy and helpful, and we felt very well taken care of...it was hard to leave!

Great Location, Wonderful Spaces to Relax and Be With Family

We were able to easily access the property with keypad code. This house is a perfect spot for large groups of friends or family. The living area is large and comfortable, with multiple sitting areas. The kitchen has an abundance of cooking and serving supplies, 2 sinks and a large gas range with 2 ovens. Walking distance to Boardwalk, Wharf, Lighthouse, beaches.

Great house in a great location

We had a family reunion in Santa Cruz with a wide range of ages from young children through to grand parents. The house was wonderful, spacious, well furnished with a lovely outdoor space. Just a short walk down to the beach. We all loved it and would recommend.

Fabulous large comfortable home

Great location for walks to beach, boardwalk, restaurants and walks on west cliff drive. We loved the big yard and patio with plenty of seating. We thought two baths would not do for 12 people but because they are large, it all worked out. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time over Memorial Day weekend Santa Cruz retreat. It's a short walk to Steamer's Lane world class surf spot, the Boardwalk and downtown. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

Great family spot

The place was perfect for my mom and her kids, grandkids and great grandkids We could spread out to relax and socialize outside or in the large living area,and then gather and dine together at one big table The kitchen was large and well-stocked with cookware and serving dishes All of the bedrooms were large and bright. The location was perfect for walking to the beach, the Boardwalk,and even to the lighthouse Jill,our host,took time to respond to us from her own vacation and was very helpful We had a wonderful time

Best Lanai in Santa Cruz

Great property for large family! Common areas and kitchen were bigger than expected. We enjoyed the lanai immensely, wonderful gathering place. The location was central to the wharf, boardwalk and cliff path.`The owner was super to work with.

My family has lived in Santa Cruz for 4 generations. We have admired this property for a long time, driving by it daily. It had been owned by the same family for the past 65 years. We are only the 2nd owners. As soon as we learned that it was for sale, we did what we had to do to make it ours! It is truly a piece of Santa Cruz history and we are happy to share it with you!
