Nestled along the Monterey Bay is one of the most scenic stretches of California's central coastline. Spanning 1 1/2 miles of pristine beach, the house is in a secluded, gated community with a collection of beautiful beachfront homes.

Perfect family vacation, Pajaro Dunes is located 4 miles West of Watsonville, and 20 miles South of Santa Cruz which is home of the Beach Boardwalk and Santa Cruz Mountain Redwoods. 20 minutes to Monterey.

Great location, great subdivision recreation amenities and spacious comfortable home with amazing ocean/beach frontage. 10 members of my family ranging in age from 11 to 88 and everyone had a wonderful time, gathering sea shells, playing pickleball and giant chess and relaxing.

Everything was great about the stay. Easy check in process, great communication from the owner, and a very welcome stay. We were steps from an uncrowded part of the beach. Would highly recommend !

Another Great Stay

This the second time we've stayed at this home and once again we were very happy with the home. The location is unbeatable, sitting on the deck with the ocean just a few feet away is always a treat.

Waking up each morning to the sun on the water was wonderful! Beach is spectacular for long walks.

We had a great time enjoying the property, the outlook and each other. Wonderful time for family.

We enjoyed it again, and will book again next year if it works out for everyone! All is lovely, well supplied and the guest house and hot tub on deck with "phenom" view are all huge bonuses of this place!!

Wonderful family celebration

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Uma’s home on the beach. The location was amazing with wonderful ocean views throughout. It was a perfect place to celebrate a family birthday with our extended family group. We hope to return soon!

Making Memories

A beautiful stay with seven female friends. The location of the house and the deck outside is outstanding. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out and the amenities in the kitchen were plenty full. Communication with the owner was timely and attentive. We highly recommend this property!

Family gathering for my husbands birthday

Amazing stay at Pajaro!

The house is beautiful and very well appointed!! The view from the kitchen table through the family room and the deck is magical. We watched dolphins, seals and even whales all day. We will be back!!

Great views, lovely home

Clearly this property has had recent upgrades, very appealing overall. The house was more spacious than it looked. The location could not be better, with great views of the ocean and extremely easy beach access. Our family had a great time, and we all want to return for another visit sometime.

Wonderful beach weekend getaway

What a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy family time. The house was amazing and was ready with everything you could need. We were even greeted with a welcome basket and note...nice touch! There was plenty of space for us all to spread but spend most of the time on the beautiful deck. Uma was so easy to work with and made the stay even more enjoyable. Can't wait to go back :)

Beach paradise

Wonderful home! You couldn’t get a better view and location. Kitchen was stocked and there was ample room. Great home for a large family and beautiful large deck to make everyone comfortable. Easy access to the beach. Our family had a perfect vacation and felt at home. Uma was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!!!

Dream Vacation

There were ten of us adults that were able to enjoy this beach front home in June. The view is amazing with grand windows to see the view for miles in every direction. The downstairs bedrooms do not include a view but the master bedroom opens up into the Pacific Ocean. The furnishings are cozy. We attended a destination wedding on Pajaro Dunes with 150+ family members coming in from around the country. Many rented condos & houses on site-- our beach house was by far the best & envy of the entire family.
