Walk to the beach to enjoy the tranquil waters, a rarity on the Pacific Coastline in Costa Rica. The beach is a hidden gem, with calm waters that make a perfect launch area for kayak, snorkeling, swimming, stand up paddle boards, and beach fishing. put your oars in the calm waters of the protected ocean bay. On occasion with a perfect west swell there is a nice left hand point break for surfers on the south side of the beach. Paddle over to the beautiful beaches of Playa Mantas, Playa Blanca near Punta Leona, and the more secluded Playa Bochinche, known only to locals and residents. The deserted Blue Flag beach is just steps away waiting to be explored and enjoyed.

This home is located within a very private 120 acre jungle. From the upstairs deck you can see giant trees, monkeys, scarlet macaws, toucans, and many other parrots flying overhead. Only 15 minutes to the beautiful Carara National Park! The local market is great for tropical fruits and local delicacies. Beachside restaurants serve fresh caught fish and lobster. HOUSE

This beautifully furnished 3,400 square foot home is great for tropical entertaining.

The custom pool is 26 ft x 11 ft with gorgeous water features. A 7 ft lush green bamboo privacy fence surround the poolside with lush tropical plants gives a feeling of being in a resort. There is plenty of seating, 2 outdoor showers, and pool room with 1 /2 bathroom. Pool access from living room, master bedroom, and from upstairs deck.

The entire upstairs is a huge deck and wet bar. High top and low top tables made out of Costa Rican hardwood. All this is under two beautiful gazebos with high ceilings and ceiling fans to keep cool in the tropical climate. Enjoy the ocean breezes and the sounds of scarlet macaws, mot mots, green parrots and colorful toucans flying by for a visit. There is accessibility to the deck from the pool area and front yard.

Downstairs there is a 45 x 10 ft screened in veranda that is used for outdoor dining, BBQ cooking, and wildlife watching. Gas grill and seating for 10.

The veranda leads to the 3bed/2bath main house and the 1 bed/1bath studio suite.

As you enter the main house from the veranda, you find yourself in a beautiful open space with the kitchen on your right and living room ahead leading out to the pool. The kitchen is fully appointed, with top-notch appliances and breakfast bar seating. Kitchen has everything you need: plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, silverware, cutting boards, knives, a stocked coffee bar, some staple cooking ingredients and spices. In-house laundry room with washer and dryer, plenty of detergent.

House is on an 8,600 square foot lot (800 square meters) with an 8' tall security wall and an iron drive through gate. Lush tropical gardens throughout the lot make it feel like your own personal jungle. The 26 x 20 ft carport fits 2 cars with room for 3 more vehicles inside the compound. Property is located in a secure gated community, and the subdivision roads are paved with street lights.
