We have recently renovated the hotel restaurant “Pavillon Landais“ into a holiday resort in order to reveal this jewel of Soustonnaise architecture of the thirties.
The building can be booked in its entirety or in three separate rentals to accommodate 4, 8, or 16 people (28 in total)

Incroyable appartement tres vaste, moderne et d'une proprete impeccable juste au bord du lac, vue magnifique dont on ne peut pas se lasser, pas de moustiques, petite brise rafraichissante pour se remettre de la journee a la plage. Nous avons passé deux belles semaines avec dans l’appartement. Notre fille a tout particulièrement apprécié la piscine ! L’appartement était propre à notre arrivée et conforme à la description La vue sur le lac et son couché de soleil sont magnifiques Un merci tout particulier à Catherine pour son agréable accueil et sa disponibilité et sa douceur. Un tout petit bémol ( pas rédhibitoire) pour la literie qui manque un peu de confort mais sinon c’était parfait !

Splendide et au calme.

Au calme et proche des plages en 15 min en voiture . Vue splendide. Activités sur le lac: Paddle (2 disponibles avec la loc), cours de voile ou location. Accrobranche. Accueil parfait et très sympathique. Piscine sympa, manque juste quelques transats. Cours de surf à Vieux Boucau pour adultes et enfants. Tous les commerces sont présents à Soustons. En résumé, on recommande vivement.

Tolle Wohnung mit fantastischem Blick

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit großer Terrasse direkt am See. Toll war auch das SUP, mit der Wohnung Geburt wird. 15-20 Minuten von schönen Stränden entfernt.

Magnifique vue et logement très agréable

Super logement fonctionnel et bien équipé Très bon accueil de la part de Catherine. Vue exceptionnelle Nombreuses activités sur place et plages relativement proches Court de tennis appréciable, dommage que la piscine collective soit en peu laissée à l’abandon Petit bémol pour le wifi même si en vacances cela reste secondaire. Très bel appartement idéalement situé et parfaitement aménagé (l'absence de micro-ondes pourrait toutefois déconcerter certains locataires). Tout petit bémol sur la propreté à notre arrivée : poils de barbe présents sur le sèche serviettes et grille de barbecue sale (nous ne l'avons donc pas utilisé). Accueil parfait tant par la personne de l'agence que par le propriétaire. Nous avons été sous le charme du lieu toute la semaine
