Amazing Weekend

Great location and size for our weekend with multiple families. The home is clean, comfortable, and well stocked for cooking and entertainment. The location can’t be beat with lake access right out the back door. We will be nack next summer for a longer stay!

I would have loved to give this property a good review, but I had several issues that the owner or property management company was unwilling to resolve even though I gave them the opportunity to. When I first arrived there was a cockroach on the floor and it didn’t seem to have been cleaned. Also the upstairs area had little to no A/C. There were no screens in the windows so my little ones could have easily climbed out onto the roof- not a good setup. When I reached out for help no one ever came. There was no cell service and bad WiFi so it was difficult to reach anyone. For this very expensive stay, I expected a lot more.

Great house

After a slight hiccup with the door code (which was resolved promptly), we entered this majestic house. Wow is really all I can say! Enormous with stunning lake views and access. Probably the best well appointed house I’ve ever stayed in…we truly lacked for nothing! The house is quite secluded and the roads are very narrow and dark which makes for a nervous drive at night but the directions were perfect. Thank you all much for letting us stay! Would love to book again sometime with several families.

Perfect for our group!

Everything was perfect for our mini “class reunion”! Couldn’t have asked for a better home, location, amenities, etc…. There was plenty of space for everyone to spend time together inside and out. All beds were very comfortable and there were more than enough linens and towels provided. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, dishes and spices. The outdoor space and deck on the lake were exceptional. We had a great time hanging out, swimming and paddling our kayaks and stand up paddle boards. The location is great with only a short drive into Blue Ridge and all that the town has to offer. Would definitely recommend this home for large groups and families!
