Welcome your family and friends here to your "Home away from home" This newly built fourplex is equipped with everything you need! The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with all of the dishes and cooking utensils you could need! Enjoy the spacious bedrooms, comfortable mattresses, large tvs, and welcoming environment. The game room is full of puzzles and games for the family! Bathrooms are stocked with towels! The unit is thoroughly cleaned in between every guests stay! Less than 5 minutes from the interstate and 10 minutes from the University of Arkansas! Food and gas is just right up the road. Stay a weekend or stay a week!

Good stay overall! Wasnt super clean, but not terrible. There arent any board games, and some other necessities were low or not stocked. The host was easy to get ahold of by phone call and the house suited our stay fairly well! We enjoyed our trip very much!

Baseball Tourney

My husband and grown son coach summer baseball and needed a place for the Chad Wolfe Classic. Great place. Really comfortable beds. Plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone to get ready before games. Great place to relax after games.

The space met our expectations based on the accurate listing description, and the host was responsive to our questions regarding the wifi. We chose to cook our meals at the house to save money during our multi-day stay for a post-graduate graduation ceremony.However, we encountered a few issues that detracted from our experience:Kitchen and Bathroom Supplies: Despite being mentioned in previous reviews, there were no dish or hand towels in the kitchen. For a property accommodating a large group, it was also surprising to find only one washcloth provided.Linens: The sheets and pillowcases on the queen bed were stained and pilled, leading to discomfort and concerns about their cleanliness.Maintenance: A smoke detector began chirping due to a low battery an hour and a half before our alarm was set to go off. Scheduled battery replacements would be a safer and more professional approach for a high-turnover rental property.Addressing these straightforward maintenance and supply issues would significantly improve the guest experience and bring the property's quality in line with its potential.

We had a booth at the fairgrounds and enjoyed our time in Fayetteville. The place was easy to find and clean. Very nice place to place.

Great stay

The townhouse was nice, and the neighborhood was quiet. We were able to take back roads to just about everything to avoid trafficPillows were typical hotel pillows but the beds were really comfortable.House was very clean.The closet space made me sad to leave.The host was very responsive and helpful.The supplies were pretty sparse, but for the price, it's worth just packing accordingly: There was a ton of hand soap, plenty of laundry and dish detergent, and lots of towels. There were only a couple of washclothes, no body wash or soap, and a very small amount of men's shampoo. I'd pack more toiletries next time, but I'd definitely stay there again.

Family Vacation

This condo had everything we needed for the home base of our trip. We would stay here again. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen well stocked, and the neighbothood was quiet in the evenings. Every store we needed to go to was within a 10 minute drive. The condo was clean.
