Great place

The house is super clean and beautiful. And it is way bigger then the pictures show.

Very disappointed in the hosts Jason and Jodi. My advice would be to avoid any of the properties in Rochester where they are the hosts. They took terrible advantage of our unfortunate situation out of sheer greed. I spent 19 nights in the home and paid for 32. Our trip to Rochester was unavoidably altered by two weeks. The hosts allowed a one week adjustment to our reservation but not the two week adjustment we needed. They did not have their home rented on the back side of our original reservation and they would have allowed their home to sit empty rather than adjust dates to assist us. They could have adjusted the dates at no loss of additional rental income and collect the full rent we contracted for. Instead, we had to extend our reservation for an additional week and pay for two weeks we could not use the house. Because the house was not rented after us, it would have been easy and appropriate to make the proper adjustment. Nothing more than taking advantage of people in a vulnerable situation because they could. Greed!Before renting in Rochester, MN look at the host on the property and do yourself a favor and avoid Jason and Jodi!!
Appears to be water stains or mold on the ceiling in bedroom. Did not feel healthy!

Exceptional home

Excellent space, supplied very well with high end everyday needs. Excellent floor plan for us, great outdoor space, great light with windows. Smartly decorated.

Beautiful Home

We rented this house for an extended stay at Mayo Clinic. Everything you could want was available in the kitchen. The living room was spacious and the gas fireplace was so welcoming after coming home from a long day during the chilly months of November and December. Jodi was fantastic to work with and resolved one small issue immediately. The beds are super comfortable and the house is large enough for a big family gathering. The attached garage is great during the winter! The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors friendly. I wish this house was available for our current needs - I will look to rent a property managed by Jodi or Jason for future needs.
