Perfect house for our time at Mayo Clinic. Very short drive to the clinic & hospital. Check in and communication was smooth. Very comfortable beds. Would stay here again if ever back in Rochester.

Great home for us

We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen as we cooked all of our meals while in Rochester. We also appreciated the fenced yard and furnished patio where we could spend time relaxing and playing with our dog. The home is very nicely furnished and the hosts quick to respond, making for an enjoyable visit. We would choose this home again should the need arise.

This house is adorable and comfortable! The back yard is beautiful and location is central and quiet. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need and plus some more. The house is thoughtfully planned out and clean. The bedrooms are very nice and the pillows and mattresses are very comfortable! Highly recommend.

We were in Rochester for a girls' weekend and really enjoyed our stay in this cute home. It was easy to find and close to a grocery store when we needed several items. The home is very well decorated and stocked with EVERYTHING so that was also very nice. The side door which probably would have been the door we would have used to get into the home had been blocked off since the door handled needed to be fixed so the front door was somewhat hard to get to and the back door first step was quite high for one of the girls with limited mobility but we made it work. The neighborhood was quiet so we were able to enjoy a cocktail on the patio. We all agreed we would rent from Julie again.

We stayed in this charming home for a weekend getaway to Rochester and white water State Park. Everything was fabulous, down to the smallest detail. Would highly recommend!

The host was very welcoming and great with communication. The house was lovely and very cozy. My guest and I had no issues with our stay at all! Our favorite feature was the foosball table for some friendly competition. Would love to come back again for another visit! :)

Elegantly fun

Loved this place. Spent a long weekend here and it wasnt enough time. Beautifully updated/decorated and very clean. My son loved the upstairs bedroom. So fun! Great backyard for doggies and a sort walk to Sil. Bonus they found a bunnies nest Julie has thought of everything here,

Accommodating

Recently rented the home for my parents and in-laws to stay here while my wife and I were at Mayo for the delivery of our baby. Host was even able to get the home ready a few hours early for checking in (much appreciated). Plus my parents are not tech savvy and google maps is a new thing to them. The homes proximity to the clinic is awesome. Only a few turns and you’re there.
