Cozy and quiet on the outskirts of Berlin

The small house was really cute and pretty. When you pass through the gate, you enter a nice garden. The entire house is large enough for 3 to 4 people. Props for the fact that everything you needed was already in the house (kitchen stuff and everything). I would recommend everyone who wants a quiet trip to Berlin to book this stay. It takes well over an hour to get to the city centre. Public transport was very nice!

This place is not well equipped. The wifi was bad, we were given 3 hand towels, 1 roll of toliet paper for 3 adults for 8 days. I have never stayed anywhere,and been expected to buy my own tp. Choose adDirtydishes, unusable pans.

Schöne Unterkunft

Traumhafte Ruhe vor den Toren der quirligen Stadt Berlin. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreicht man die Innenstadt in ca. 50 Minuten.Die Unterkunft ist zwar älteren Datums, jedoch sauber, mit guter Ausstattung und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die freundlichen Vermieter wohnen nebenan.

Sehr schöne Lage

Gut und liebevoll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Sehr schön und ruhig gelegen im liebevoll gepflegten Garten der Vermieter mit Sichtschutz zu deren Haus. Bad und Küche sind klein, aber funktional. Fliegengitter am Fenster, sehr angenehm. Öffentliche Verkehrmittel sind gut erreichbar. Bis auf den bereits von anderen angesprochenen Geruch eine sehr schöne und extrem schön gelegene Unterkunft.

Aangenaam onthaal, prachtige tuin. Wegens metrowerken langer dan verwacht openbaar vervoer naar Berlijn stad. Ideaal verblijf voor gezin met wat oudere kinderen! Je kan te voet door het bos naar strand/meer.

Schönes Ferienhaus - sehr nette Vermieter!

Für unseren Kurztrip nach Berlin und Umfeld, war das Ferienhaus die richtige Entscheidung! Die Bushaltestelle ist zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten entfernt und fährt direkt zur nächsten U-Bahnstation. Das Auto haben wir vier Tage nicht gebraucht! Im Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Inkl. einem netten Gastgeschenk! Vielen Dank dafür! Es hätte ein klein wenig sauberer sein können und es riecht etwas ‚alt‘ - aber das war nicht sonderlich tragisch. Der Kontakt war sehr nett - für unseren Sohn haben die Vermieter extra noch die Tischtennisplatte aufgebaut. Das war wirklich sehr freundlich! Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus gerne weiter!

Inakzeptabel!!! In der Wohnung war nicht gereinigt. Unter der Couch lagen gebrauchte Tempos, unterm Bett Socken, in der Küchen waren auf den Ablagen Brösel. Auf die extra gebuchte Bettlaken waren Fussabdrücke. Sauberkeit war aber das kleinste Problem: die Unterkunft stinkt nach Industriekleber vermischt mit Muffe (in der Hoffnung dass es kein Schimmel ist). Nach eine Nacht sind wir ins Hotel gezogen und auf die Kosten von 6 Übernachtungen sitzen geblieben. Die Vermieter haben sich nicht mehr gemeldet. Ich fragte vorab ob es für eine schwangere Frau und zwei kinder ein und drei Jahre alt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft ist, logen sie. Die Wohnräume sind voller ungesicherte Steckdosen und Mehrfachsteckdosen. Ich finde es eine Unverschämtheit dass FeWo so was inseriert.

Midweekje Berlijn

We hebben afgelopen week genoten van een midweekje Berlijn. We verbleven in deze accomodatie. Dat is ons erg goed bevallen. De ligging is heel fijn. Met de auto (fietsen achterin) waren we zo in het centrum. Verder ligt het bos achter het huisje waar je tussendoor heerlijk kunt wandelen. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien.

Schlechter Geruch

Wir haben geplant, die Unterkunft für vier Tage zu nutzen, sind aber nach einer Nacht abgereist. Das Haus ist eine Art Gartenhaus/Bungalow. Die Luft im Haus ist sehr muffig. Meine Frau hat es nicht ausgehalten, hat Kopfschmerzen bekommen. Woher das kommt, kann ich nur raten, aber wahrscheinlich von Feuchtigkeit, vielleicht Schimmel oder alter Rauch (wobei es sich um ein Nichtraucherhaus handelt)? Es riecht zumindest nicht gesund. Mit kleinen Kindern nicht zu empfehlen. Ansonsten sind die Räume sauber. Anreise usw. lief sehr gut. Die Vermieter sind freundlich. Sie waren kulant und haben einen Teil der Mietkosten erstattet.

Die Unterkunft war ok, alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber erfüllte ihren Zweck. Teilweise roch es im Bad etwas muffig, ein Dufterfrischer hat da Abhilfe geleistet. Kontaktloser Check In und Check Out, völlig unkompliziert.

Die Ferienwohnung kann man gern weiter empfehlen. Unkomplizierte, nette Vermieter. Mit Kleinkind (Hochstuhl und Kleinkindbett vorhanden 😃👍 ) muss man nur bedenken, dass es recht hellhörig ist und die Küche keine Tür hat. Für uns hat alles gut gepasst. Danke
