About this property

Far from the shot and yet right in the middle .....

Located in the green north (Berlin-Frohnau) directly at the forest. Direct entry into the "Berlin Wall Trail", ideal for bicycle tours. Bicycle rental approx. 2 km at Frohnauer Platz. There are supermarkets, an organic shop, pharmacies, restaurants, café .......
The bus can be reached in 5 minutes. The S-Bahn takes you to Berlin city life in 35 minutes. Ideal for nature lovers and an ideal starting point for tourist explorations.

The apartment is in an annex to our family home.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 mx 2 m).
The holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, which are available for our guests to use. In the communal living area there is a fold-out sofa bed and an extra bed available.

Ideal location to relax after a city break and recharge your batteries.

ein rundum gelungener Urlaub im Grünen

Die Wohnung liegt im grünen Stadtteil Berlins - Frohnau. Bereits vor zehn Jahren hatte es mir der Stadtteil angetan. Diese Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Neben der grünen Umgebung ist sie gemütlich ausgestattet ,so dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Auch bei den zur Zeit heißen Temperaturen, war die Wohnung angenehm kühl.Nicht zu vergessen der nette Kontakt zur Vermieterfamilie. Gerne wieder...

Gerne jederzeit wieder!!!

Wir wurden herzlich und fröhlich empfangen. Wir fühlten uns die ganze Zeit willkommen. Es hat alles gepasst. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum. Toll zum spazieren. Man findest alles Vorort ansonsten ist man schnell am Bis oder S-Bahn und kommt in die City. War alles sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit sehr aufmerksamen Vermieterin

Wir waren für drei Tage in der Ferienwohnung und ich kann mich vielen Vorrednern nur anschließen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sehr nett und vor allem fürsorglich. Kommunikation lief problemlos und wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und auch verabschiedet. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit der direkten Lage am Wald eine willkommene Ruhezone. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr nette Vermieter. Unser Sohn (2) durfte die Schaukel und das Trampolin im Garten benutzen und hat sich darüber sehr gefreut. Bei Außentemperaturen von 35 Grad war die Wohnung trotzdem angenehm kühl.

Falsche Darstellung, Wohnung ist im Souterrain!!

In der Beschreibung heißt es: "Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Anbau an unserem Einfamilienhaus." Dies trifft insoweit zu, dass es sich tatsächlich um einen Anbau handelt. Verschwiegen wird jedoch, dass sich der Anbau unter der Terrasse und damit im SOUTERRAIN mit den entsprechenden Nachteilen - dunkel, Fenster auf Bodenhöhe der Aussenanlage - befindet. Damit ist der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Der Rauchmelder befindet sich nicht unter der Decke, sondern unter einem Deckenträger vertikal an einer Schrankwand. So ist die Sicherheit der Gäste nicht gewährleistet.

nice, comfortable and quiet place near the woods and Berlin city center

nice and quiet apartment, stays comfortably cool on hot summer days. A walk in the forest is just around the corner and Berlin city center about 30 minutes by car.
