The apartment is in a great location, quiet and walkable neighborhood, with quick access to public transportation that takes you anywhere you want to go. There is ample parking available on the street, with friendly neighbors greeting you. All necessities are available to stay for extended periods. Dina and family were very welcoming and responded to questions immediately. We will be back!

Small but lovely apartment

Kind owner of the apartment, she welcomed us friendly. She was a good host. Clean rooms, nice stay. We had a little boat and went swimming and floating every day. Berlin is just 30 minutes driving away and lot to do. We had a very good stay.

It was a nice stay, unfortunately we didnt get the original house due to technical difficulties. However, the substitution house wasnt bad either. The hostes was very kind and always ready to answer any questions we had. There were some small issues within the house but that could be attributed to the lack of time to prepare this substitute

Am Rande der Stadt

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von der Vermieterin sehr gut aufgenommen gefühlt. Für unseren Hund hat sie gleich noch einen Wassernapf geholt, so dass auch unser jüngstes Familienmitglied gut versorgt war. Der Bahnhof Heiligensee ist etwa 1km fußläufig erreichbar. Da die Strecke dahin sehr schön ist, kann man das auch gut für einen aktiven Start in den Tag nutzen. Sinnvoller wäre es aber sich Fahrräder zu mieten oder sie mitzubringen. Da die Umgebung zum Radfahren einlädt. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt und bei Problemen wurde schnell eine Lösung gefunden.

Leider kein Außenbereich für Hund

Wir hatten diese Fewo gebucht, da das Mitbringen eines Hundes erlaubt ist und im Inserat damit geworben wird, dass die Besitzerin selber einen Hund hat, der „sich auf die Gäste freut“, und ein Garten mit Grillplatz vorhanden ist, der von den Tieren genutzt werden kann. Im inserat wird sogar explizit erwähnt, dass der Garten umzäunt ist. Vor Ort stellte sich leider heraus, dass dort eine Katze und zwei Kaninchen leben und unser Hund deshalb nicht in den Garten darf. Sehr schade. Sonst fehlte es in der Fewo an nichts und sie war im Grunde sauber.
