Beautiful 2 room carriage house for two persons (+ two in the living room)

Our lovable coach house used to be the bearing of a bakery. The rooms of our apartment are located on the first floor - in the former multi store is now the bedroom. It is decorated with partly antique furniture, a beautiful cabinet of the transitional period Art Nouveau, Bauhaus is here as well as Chippendale furniture. This room is surprisingly quiet, has windows facing the courtyard and through the brick walls a very pleasant indoor climate.

The living room, which also houses a small kitchenette is, does not offer the old timbered ceiling, two beds, which are placed diagonally and so also the possibility for a 4-person group.

You will find a TV, radio, fridge, kettle, a spacious table, again partly beautiful old, refurbished furniture and a beautiful view of the garden.

The bathroom has its place in the former journeyman room.

You have a private entrance and in spring and summer a beautiful breakfast in the garden.

Pets are welcome, but should accept cats.

Our guest apartment is ideal for visitors, because you are both an 8-minute walk to express bus, which takes them directly to the trade fair in about 10 minutes. (X 34 and M49 - about 10 minutes to the fair another 15 minutes to Zoo Station)
Even otherwise the connection to the public transport is very good.
10 minutes by bus or 15 minutes on foot to the station Spandau. And from there it goes very fast in all possible directions - ICE, train, tram, subway and many buses.
Also for Potsdam-trips the location is perfect - the bus 638 Spandau-Potsdam stop is about 200m away.
You will also find plenty of shopping within walking distance.

The price for the accommodation refers to 2 persons. For other persons we charge 15,00 € per person and night.
