To conserve energy, the A/C is turned off until check-in. It may feel warm when you first arrive, but it cools down quickly once turned on.

🚽 Toilet Info
This home uses a compact, RV-style toilet system. It’s fully functional, but mild odors may occasionally occur—especially in Houston’s heat or high humidity. We’ve done everything we can to manage it, but it’s part of the unique setup.

We’re always happy to help and make sure your experience is smooth, comfortable, and exactly what you’re looking for. 🪑 Outdoor Furniture Disclaimer – Nature Happens Our patio furniture is outside… which means it collects dust—even after it’s been cleaned. That’s life in Texas. If spotless outdoor furniture is essential to your experience, we totally understand—but this may not be the right home for you. We’d rather be up front than have surprises later. 🌵

✅ Pest Control We conduct regular pest control services. Still, due to our semi-rural setting, you might see the occasional insect (alive or not). It’s rare, but possible—and part of tiny living close to nature.
🌡️ Air Conditioning To conserve energy, the wall-mounted A/C is turned off prior to arrival. It may feel warm initially but cools quickly once powered on.

My stay was nice but the neighborhood is a little sketchy. There was dog hair in the bathroom when we checked in, overall the stay was nice and the hosts are very attentive to your needs.
I was a little concerned when I first drove into the neighborhood because it’s an area renovating so there’s a mix of old houses and new building. Once behind the fence, it was a wonderful respite. As a single female I felt safe and my pets loved being there. I was sad to find out that the unit was rented out so I couldn’t stay longer. The hosts were very responsive and grounds keeper was very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stay there again.
I just moved into the state and needed a place to be my humble new beginning.! And I did.! This tiny home community was the most beautiful, comfortable, serene as it advertised. I could not express enough the contentment this place provided me during my visit. My stay was for 2 months, enough time for me to start a new. Maintenance and his small family of pets along with the gracious host…made my stay what is was, and I Thank You 🙏 😀 I’ve already recommended this tiny home community 100 times over 🤗
